I originally had a good overall experience getting my laptop screen repaired and replaced…read more Unfortunately, when I received my laptop back, the keyboard backlight was no longer working. Before leaving my laptop with them, I clearly explained that the only issue was the screen and that the keyboard backlight was functioning perfectly. After I picked it up and noticed the problem, I was encouraged to purchase the Asurion Tech Care insurance plan and submit a claim once the coverage became active. I followed their recommendation and filed a claim, only to find out that the keyboard is not covered under the Asurion Tech Care plan. This was frustrating, especially since the backlight issue did not exist before the repair. While the screen repair itself was successful, I am disappointed with how this situation was handled and with the lack of a resolution for an issue that appeared after the service was completed.
