The owner Rowdy assured us he could make it happen as a matter of fact he told us he would have it ready and painted within 2 weeks. So we decided to go for it we chose to pay right then as opposed to wait until they were done. We took the old tank up there so the paint could be matched. Well here it is October 12 and still no gas tank we have called up there and gone in several times and at first we were told the wrong tank was sent so they had to reorder the right tank and now every time we talk to them we are told it should be done next week and he will call us the first of the week! No one ever calls I'm so disgusted with this shit I gave that company nearly $300 back in May for this to be done in a timely manner so we could enjoy riding the bike this summer and we still don't have the tank but they got our money! I'm going up there tomorrow and I either want my tank finished and ready to go or my money I'm done with that place they r unprofessional and and a waste of time I wouldn't recommend that shitty company to anyone ever

after calling i was told that i could get a tube for my bike while i wait....left work early…read more...Dropped bike off on a Monday at 330 pm... low and behold .. can't get it done... next day i call bout 330 ... bike not done.. excuses... was promised bike Weekday by lunch... leave work early again...show up 345 bike not done.. more excuses... i complain about being told that it was ready and it wasn't .. left shop again no bike.. leave work early again Thrusday.. go get bike ... raise hell about all the lies coming out the owners mouth.. being told that they put six tubes in it.. worked on it till 1030 at night.. all B.S..... pay for tube. .. go outside to leave.. bike is stone cold dead.. get jump.. bike won't start... go back in .. more excuses that it was like that .. they did nothing... more B.S. i ride this bike everyday do all my own work.. don't have a tire changer so that is the only reason it goes to shop... now the stereo is dead.. my volt meter is dead amp wiring all a total mess in saddle bag... in the end.. had to push my bike out of this shop to the gas station next to it to wrench on it (got it running) ... from what i can see they did.. it was sabotage.. disconnect fuel line and ran bike till it died, and left the power on till battery was drain to 5V... bottom line police were called .. informed by them that this place has calls against them all the time... DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!! BAD DEAL!!!!....... Rowdy is the owner.. liar and full of BS... we have filed suit against this shop for damages.

He is super easy to work with and goes above and beyond for customers. I'm a returning customer for any work he can complete even though I don't have an "off road" truck. Great first experience at this location!…read more I needed some electrical terminals but wasn't sure on sizes needed. I brought some of my own circuit breakers with me to get sizing right. I first stopped at another national "Auto ...." parts store across the street. Sadly - amid COVID-19, this "other" store had all aisles blocked and only had counter service open. This didn't work for me, so I went across the street to O'Reilly's. The greeted me (from a distance). I asked which aisle the electrical terminals were in - was told and I proceeded to look it all over. I made my selections, stood behind the line on a X marked spot on the floor and waited my turn to pay. It all turned out well. I got to shop "for myself". Thanks O'Reilly's!

This is for Store #5359 in Azle, TX! Their very knowledgeable crew is usually fast in turnaround…read moretime! With that, just go in knowing that: TIRES average about 15 minutes EACH! OIL CHANGE are about 20 minutes. BATTERY SWAP is about 20 minutes for the more modern cars. So, if the whole town comes in for 4 tire changes, it will be 1hr turnaround for per car = long wait times. Otherwise, the shop is VERY clean! Lobby is comfortable with a TV and is located within steps of a well stocked Automotive Department. There is a Subway inside if to grab a quick bite, too!

Walmart Auto Care Center did a great job with my oil change. Would recommend making an appointment…read morethough. If you go without you get bumped everyone someone comes in with one.
