Moments later another amiable employee asked me if I needed any help. She guided me towards the girls' jeans section. This store has mostly Western wear and "workin' man" gear. I'm happy to report that there were some good options here - a bit on the pricey side - but because of the friendly service and mostly clean and well-kempt place, I'll return. They're open 7 days a week and accept cash or plastic.

The employees lent us a cozy welcoming. One lady in particular accommodated my daughter with some Hey Dudes. They were too big. The Hey Dude section was small and limited. That was the extent of their offerings for my girls. It was disappointing. Their prices were comparable to other places in town. Because of the service, though, I will return to check out the women's selection which seems to be vast. Ample parking is available out front. They're decorated for the holiday season already!

I love the ladies who work here - always willing to help me pick out the best for my liking. Back on 10/06/2023 I bought a new belt ($55.41 including tax) to wear doing cowboy work with my man in Southern Colorado. I've been wearing it at least twice per week since then -- it's great quality! My mom bought my daughters some Ariat jeans here that almost immediately got tears and holes. I am not a fan of Ariat anything, so be warned... Their Wranglers have held up much better. That's my two cents, y'all!

The owner was very friendly and it's very easy to consign. Definitely check this place out if your in the area. I have been searching for a few things for my new house…read more My mom asked me, "Have you been to Nam's [Antiques & Collectibles] behind Big Lots?" It donned on me finally where this place was. Getting here is like driving through a life-size version of Ninetendo's Excitebike: the parking lots are filled with huge potholes, speed bumps, and unmarked spots. (Did I just show my age with that analogy?) There is free parking. Once inside, they don't allow large bags due to shoplifting. Some spaces are so tight that I would have hated having an oversized purse. Their vendors have mostly recognizable boundaries, so in the case that an item is (unusually) unmarked you'll be able to ask for the price without too long of a wait. There were quite a few pieces I would consider if I was move-in ready. There were tons of books I'll most likely be purchasing in a few months. Plus some nice jewelry & home decor antiques. Great finds at Nam's with friendly, assistive staff members.

When I went in the other day to ask where the owner was moving she smiled and said it was a secret. Well, darn. I guess others had already tried sweet talking her too. Lol. She also does not have an estimated open date due to personal/health reasons that were just discovered the day before I visited. I picked up a few sweets for my sweethearts - chocolates and caramels and a jar of locally-made honey: Abdallah Individually-Wrapped Caramel = $0.76 Abdallah Valentine Individually-Wrapped Chocolates = $0.78 Hot Chocolate Stirrers = $2.00 each Beeman Honey = $15.99 This store has so many great gifts for all ages... particularly geared towards the Christian faith. 21 Imports & Southwest Creations is a Southwestern decor store in Hobbs, NM…read more I've been coming here for many years for cowboy artwork, crosses, and colorful pottery. The owner is a very nice lady. Her house is connected to this shop which is across from the plaza where Big Lots exists. Because she had a scary incident fairly recently involving an intruder, she keeps the front door locked. Just call the number on the door (because we know everyone has mobiles) and she will unlock the door for you. Most items are reasonably priced. Cash or plastic is accepted.
