The guys who work here were welcoming and assistive as soon as we walked in. In less than 10 minutes, her screen was repaired. The price was a bit steep at $138.87 charged to plastic, but I'm relieved it's replaced and there were no issues. Plus there was a 7-day warranty if any issues did arise. They sell tons of other items... screen protectors, phone cases for a variety of brands & generations, perfumes, colognes, toys, jewelry & more. Free parking in a plaza across from the Home Depot. With this new screen, it started to go very dark, and my face ID does not work with my apps. When taking photos, you can physically see the screen when taking a selfie. Now my phone completely shut off and won't turn back on. Will not be going back to Cell Geeks. Paid $200 for my phone to have more issues. I am not satisfied. Will never go back to Cell Geeks. My screen also lost some receptors to touch because when my phone would turn on, it would take a couple presses on the screen to get it to work. Android phone should be good but never take newer iPhone models to Cell Geeks. They will not install the screen right and leave you with an even bigger problem than scratches.

That being said, I've noticed a lack of professionalism during a few visits... namely, inappropriate topic discussions at the front register and the newest stocking guy frequently cussing while talking to another employee. It's one thing to speak freely with your supervisor behind closed doors, but another to be so careless and vile within a customer's earshot. I've picked up blue prints and a few other print jobs for my boss here. No major issues other than having to wait an extra 10 minutes because they didn't notice his second request in their sytem. They were apologetic. The store is large and organized well. Large, spacious parking lot to match your shopping experience. On another (albeit rather silly) note, I'm glad they named it "Staples" and not something arbitrary like "Rulers" or "Erasers" or "Letter Openers." While rulers, erasers, and letter openers certainly are handy tools in the office, actual staples help keep important stuff together. So do "Paper Clips," but would have been way too long to say and shortening it to "Clips" could cause even more confusion. Keep your office and/or school life together. Go to Staples.

Brought it to Battery Joe at the middle of January to get a battery replaced. They "overnighted"…read moremultiple screens because the heat they used broke our original screen. I get it; that sometimes happens, but then they proceeded to break two other screens and returned my iPad to me like this. I spoke personally to the manager to assured me that the screen would be overnighted. It was, then someone used it for another iPad. When they got mine in, they didn't call me to update me. I had to constantly call them. One tech said it was the loose charging port. The other said it wasn't. Then after having my iPad for THREE WEEKS, I finally got a call that it was ready. They also ordered another screen without a home button. You do this for a living. How do you not know what to order? Please keep in mind, this is the third screen. I showed up to pick it up and the excuses started. Ya see, it did start when I called you, but it turned off and isn't turning on. Could you come back tomorrow? Sure! Ugh!! But ok.... Next day. Screen comes in, she broke it. But don't worry, she called me and told me it was ready again. She forgot to mention that she broke the screen again. This time, it's non-repairable. So now I get the pleasure of not being able to access to my iPad to grab my old stuff. Neat. Yes, folks, again. And this picture here is how I took it home. The screen wasn't even attached. I know they went backwards on this one. The excuses started again, but I said ya know, let me just take it today and let's just be done. I've had enough of this run around. When the girl took me to the checkout counter, I asked how much they were actually going to charge me for and she said Word For Word ," well since this was my fu** up, we will only charge you for the battery." Wow. Super professional. She also then had to start searching for prices bc you know, me showing up was a surprise. This was a horrible, horrible experience. I don't know who owns this, but while I was there, they even gave two other customers the run around.
