The company I work for had a truckload of cardboard that we wanted recycled. Here's the process: + Have everything separated before arriving. + Don't be a douche bag and let your items fly out of the pickup going down the highway. I used a large cinderblock to weigh down all the boxes we had after stacking them somewhat strategically. Worked like a charm. + There's usually somebody at the entrance to assist you. The last few items are recycling. take your address and license plate as this is a service free of charge to Lea County residents. + once you've been directed to your spot, you can go ahead and turn your vehicle off and stay inside. They'll do the work! The staff members are very friendly and helpful. They keep the area clean and there is no debris or suspect metal or nails (or the like) where your vehicle will be driving. It was given to her several years ago behind my back by her dad, my ex-husband. This kid is a phone dropper. It's a wonder how she hasn't cracked a screen until recently. The guys who work here were welcoming and assistive as soon as we walked in. In less than 10 minutes, her screen was repaired. The price was a bit steep at $138.87 charged to plastic, but I'm relieved it's replaced and there were no issues. Plus there was a 7-day warranty if any issues did arise. They sell tons of other items... screen protectors, phone cases for a variety of brands & generations, perfumes, colognes, toys, jewelry & more. Free parking in a plaza across from the Home Depot. With this new screen, it started to go very dark, and my face ID does not work with my apps. When taking photos, you can physically see the screen when taking a selfie. Now my phone completely shut off and won't turn back on. Will not be going back to Cell Geeks. Paid $200 for my phone to have more issues. I am not satisfied. Will never go back to Cell Geeks. My screen also lost some receptors to touch because when my phone would turn on, it would take a couple presses on the screen to get it to work. Android phone should be good but never take newer iPhone models to Cell Geeks. They will not install the screen right and leave you with an even bigger problem than scratches.

We often rent heavy equipment as well as purchase hand and power tools from Frank's. I was ecstatic to get out of the office to purchase and receive a new forklift today (April 11, 2025). The four staff members I interacted with were all friendly and funny, particularly Keith and Adrianna. Juan, the employee who delivered the 5,500-lb. forklift, was courteous and friendly... and he arrived when he said he would on the phone. Our new-to-us forklift was serviced in their large shop. All of this happened within a span of two hours. I highly recommend this crew and their services!

First off, all of the employees I interacted with in person and on the phone were all friendly. Before the termite treatment ($2,142.66 for the entire house which is over 2,200 sq. ft.) which consumed a full morning, I'm glad I was able to rip out all of the flooring and the baseboards. This way the owners - a husband/wife due - were able to better evaluate the evident, past termite damage. I was told I would not need to move anything in the garage, but when the crew got there they told me I had to everything away from the walls. All of my moving boxes were in there. I was fuming. There are three reasons why this couldn't be rated 5 stars: - I had to remind the termite guys that they needed to put treatment in a crack inside the house where they said they would before they tried to leave. - The broad leaf herbicide (about $120 per treatment) that they sprayed on three different occassions was sprayed in what I would call too windy of conditions. I know we live in a windy area. It sucks. Wait, no it blows. Ha! But it's not fair to me that my yards got a half ass job half of the time. On top of that the weeds are just prevalent as they were before. The fault cannot be completely pinned on them as I did not do a good job keeping my yards watered & rarely pulled any weeds... a key to maintaining a healthier lawn. - Their lack of communication... Aside from the major mishap previously mentioned, I never knew when the guys were coming to spray the lawn. They never gave me a phone call about them. Lastly, they never called my brother back who wanted service at his house (also in Hobbs) the same time that I did. I guess I shouldn't have passed my phone off to him the day I requested lawn service my house then his. Overall, I'm more than happy to support local businesses, but things could improve.
