My 5-star rating is largely in part to Giovanni, retail associate manager. He was available for our pickup and ensured that our trade-in went smoothly. Before I knew it, he also placed the new screen protector and case I just bought on the shiny new mobile. His patience and kindness was greatly appreciated! If I could give zero stars I absolutely would! The employees are great but the Manager Carlos was…read morevery rude and offered no help even when asked by his employee. Carlos was very unprofessional and smelt awfully like marijuana when coming out of his office. The store was busy and he kept himself in the back not wanting to do any work. How can you have a manager that can't even help the store take care of his customers.
