In need of a quick supply of eJuice I made a call to this shop. I was told to come on in AFTER hours and check some stuff out. Really, who allows that?!? These people did! And they might have saved my week. (Procrastination on making my order to The Vape Stop in San Angelo is killing me!) Anyway, we were welcomed in and treated very well. They went straight to the testers and my friend and I both picked up some fresh products. I also purchased some heads and at a great price. Hoping to get in there earlier next time and see what else I can purchase! read more

If I could give no stars I would. I had just moved to town and left my mods back home and wasn't going back for several months. The workers seemed as though they wanted me to leave and I was the only customer and their mods were way overpriced just not a good experience. Luckily I found another shop Kraz-e vapes not to far away and the owner lady was fantastic. Not only did she give me a great deal but also gave me a free thing of e liquid. Mad props to her. Caveat emptor with this place folks. If its substandard you're likely out of luck getting a refund unless you don't mind arguing with a lady and her four kids. Look elsewhere if you can. Just a really odd mentality for someone in business. Poor professionalism. You literally have to fight them to get them to stand behind their products. read more

I love this store! Everyone in the store is extremely knowledgeable about every product they sell, and products purchased elsewhere . They are personable, easy to talk to and don't mind explaining every little nuance to successfully stop smoking. I've found them extremely honest, forthcoming and willing to help their customers on every level. Great store! Tons of juice lines to choose from as well as many different tanks, and mods. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Went in today due to factory issues with my mod. Staff helped me out the best they could. Offered to return the product for a new one. Only issue was I didn't purchase the mod at this store. The fact that they went above and beyond to help me out says a lot. Thanks vape scapes for everything! read more

As a smoker of 27 years, I had tried everything to quit with nothing working. A friend had told me about e-cigs and I finally got to the point where I was ready to quit smoking. That was over a year ago and I haven't looked back!

Vape scape is great. I will say everytime I have been in this store the customer service has been outstanding. The owner and employees are very hospitable. I was going to open a vape shop in Hobbs NM and she beat me to it. Im not one for paying outrageous prices for things and thats why I was going to open my own store. I visited her store and seen the variety of juice and other accessories this store had and was very pleased. I have been to many vape stores and find the store prices are very comparable to what I would pay online. They have informed me that if I needed anything she would do her best to find it for me. Just got back into vaping and I'm really trying to quit my smoking habit. The employee that helped me out was very nice and very down to earth. He walked me through the process of the mods, tanks, etc. The one thing I loved is that he would not let me leave with a sub ohm tank. He made me buy the Nautilus Mini to help me start out. So now I love my new tank and the eLeaf that I purchased. Thank you so much for hooking me up and starting me off on my goal to quit smoking! You guys are freaking awesome!!! read more

Went into VapeScape the other day and I was impressed with the customer service and the knowledge that the employees possessed in vaping. I was greeted with a smile and the store manager was patient and didn't leave me until I found the juice that was for me then helped me with the hardware to start vaping I will make this my only store to go to for my vaping needs. I've been coming here since the first week of January. It's a ready great vape shop. The owner and employees are very helpful and really know what they are talking about. I've been to bigger cities vape shops that didn't have half of the knowledge, experience, and e juices as this shop has. The people that work there are very down to earth and friendly. this is the best local shop around. i am an avid vaper and have been impressed with the service i hav recived here. i admit that i have got a device that didnt work but i was sattisfied with the resoloution. my device was replaced and i had no further problems. the only complaint i have is i wish they would start carrying a max VG juice line. keep up the good work guys. read more
