It's not like there are a ton of shopping choices in Hobbs, America…read more Kountry Korral Boutique was around when I lived in this Southeastern New Mexico town many years ago, and it's still surviving the ups and downs of the oil and gas economy that Hobbs depends on as well as COVID-19. I miss the Tea Room that once was next door, but now it is a different cafe... Outlaw Grill or something. My uncle really enjoyed his ginormous, overpriced green chile burger there recently. I haven't partaken, but back to the boutique... This place offers baby and wedding registries. Many of the items are fairly unique. The clothes, in my humble opinion, are simply overpriced and more geared to more mature ladies. ;) Definitely not my styles or fit. The staff members always have the place open! They rarely IF AT ALL close to set up for Christmas debuts like *cough cough* another place *Horsefeathers* did when I was mostly recently shopping (10/28/20). That's why they get my full 5 star love. TIPS + love their little lotions by "Camille" (tiny jar $1.50)... rare that I see my middle name on anything let alone boutique items + they have GOOD aromatherapy roll-ons ($12 each)! #ThankYouThursday

Sometimes they also sell Hobbs High Eagles shirts. This shop is also is home to other businesses: a tea and coffee bar, Unity SoBar (@unitysobar), a live screen printing t-shirt company, Ink Works (@inkworkshobbs), and a customized hat company, Sinjed (@sinjed_). The lady who runs the place is super friendly and helpful. If you need a gift wrapped, they'll take care of it for you. I recently (9/14/2022) picked out this adorable gold chain necklace with a moon sliver and a star for my mother-in-law's birthday ($48). She loved it as she has never owned anything like it. I didn't realize this before I went in school shopping with my two young daughters. They thought it was a cute store, though. They sell blouses, dresses, skirts, dress pants, and just about everything else garment-wise in between... Also in stock is jewelry, purses, shoes, hats, and other accessories. They offer more affordable fashion jewelry, but I also saw a young man purchasing some of their more higher end fine jewelry which was tastefully displayed in a well-lit area. There is abundant, free parking in the North Vista Plaza near Music World and Miller Waldrop Furniture. Their Facebook page seems dead. The owner was very friendly and it's very easy to consign. Definitely check this place out if your in the area. Lulu & Co is the newest boutique to open up on the north side of Hobbs, NM…read more It's located at the Navajo East Plaza on Bender Blvd across from Tractor Supply. I popped in today (2/14/2024) to honestly just look around. There was ample free parking. At the register I saw some Gold Canyon candles and picked one ($29 for a 14-ouncer) up for an upcoming birthday girl. These are some of the best candles I have ever tried. Lulu is the only retailer in town that sells them & they gift-wrapped it for me! I was done Valentine's shopping long ago, but I couldn't resist a pair of heart-shaped earrings ($12). The ladies working there are extraordinarily kind and welcoming. I didn't see many bodysuits which was what I was looking for, but I'll be back. They have super cute clothes for women for all occasions. Please support this local business!

This store is located near the UPS store in a plaza with free parking. I found the jean shorts. Tried multiple pairs on and decided on a pair that was $42.99. Pricey I know, but I'd rather support small businesses like this one where I know I will get good service. I really loved their Fourth of July offerings including but not limited to their cowboy-inspired t-shirts. Many of their outfits could be considered business attire as they had blouses, dresses, jumpsuits, rompers, and ribbon tie pants. Their sizes range from extra small to extra large. They do offer plus sizes. They sell shoes, sunglasses, some belts (not many), bags, clutches, wallets, and jewelry. Their earrings tend to run between $10-$25. Service was friendly and helpful. They had their grand opening on August 23, 2024. I finally popped in while my kiddo was at karate class on January 7, 2025. Owned and operated by the family and creators of Martin Boot Co., the beautiful, clean shop is solely for men and women with quite an array of sizes. They offer workout clothes, yoga outfits, and golf attire. I was impressed with the quality of their materials and designs. The prices were not exceedingly high, but don't expect Walmart budgets to go far here. Additionally, they sell shoes and some accessories such as candles, sunglasses, tumblers, lip balms, and skincare supplies. There are no kids' clothing here and that will likely remain, according to the owner with whom I spoke personally - she's lovely!

I love the ladies who work here - always willing to help me pick out the best for my liking. Back on 10/06/2023 I bought a new belt ($55.41 including tax) to wear doing cowboy work with my man in Southern Colorado. I've been wearing it at least twice per week since then -- it's great quality! My mom bought my daughters some Ariat jeans here that almost immediately got tears and holes. I am not a fan of Ariat anything, so be warned... Their Wranglers have held up much better. That's my two cents, y'all!
