Came here and the owner walked us through what shoes would be best for us! He was so kind and knowledgeable. Left with two great pairs of running shoes. Definitely will be back. Thank you so much!! read more

Went here with my family to get some workout clothes for the girls. Good selection of clothes & decent selection of shoes. Customer service is awful. None of us were greeted when we walked in, despite about 5 people working. We spent a total of about 45 minutes in the store trying on clothes & looking at all of their products. Employees kept walking by but didn't say a word to any of us or acknowledge that we were there. All the employees were talking to each other laughing and carrying on while I was going back and forth from the dressing rooms grabbing different sizes. Finally we just put back all the clothes that we wanted to purchase and left. Will be ordering online, but really disappointed when a locally owned business doesn't even acknowledge the customers in their store... Will not return. read more

Bait & Switch......Check your purchase before you leave the store! They are putting used shoes in the boxes and refusing refunds!!! My wife tried on a pair of Birkenstock and told them she would like to purchased. The rep put a used pair that were scuffed up in the box. My wife came home to here surprised found these used ones in the box! She called the store immediately after noticing the used sandals. A rep communicated they would order another pair. After 2 months go by with no response. My wife visits the store explains the situation. The manager was defensive (as this must happen more often) and was communicating by raising her voice at my wife that they have a 2 week return policy and that they don't order shoes they have sale that in inventory and that's it. read more

This place IS open and is really great! Has everything you may need and is very involved in the local community. They have moved to a new location off of Midkiff and the space is great. They carry workout clothes, shoes, gear, and everything in between. Literally the only place in Midland to go for any of your athletic needs! read more

This place is great!! A much needed specialized running store in the Permian Basin. I was extremely pleased that they took the time to watch my gate and look at the shape of my feet to get me the best shoe for my foot! Fantastic customer service, we arrive 10 minutes before closing and didn't feel rushed at all. These are the best shoes I have ever run in! Great prices, great service and a great variety of running gear will keep me coming back. read more

This place is no longer in business. However, there is a comparable store across from this location. The service there is impeccable!

I've been to all the big metropolises in Texas and none of them has anything near this store in quality, downhome, small town help in finding some awesome running shoes. I walked in and the nice attendant was helping another person so I browsed and she finally came up and said, "How can I help you?" I said, "I need some running shoes!" Immediately she looks at my feet and says, "You overpronate slightly in your left foot, here's a good shoe for that." Great customer service. She went to the back and got me the three different colors. She asked me what color I wanted and the display was a brighter color, but she told me they had a black color with lime green (not as flashy or fashionable) for 25% off because they had had them forever. As soon as she said 25% off, I was hooked. Tried them on, loved them and checked out. She asked me what I needed the shoes for and I told her I was running cross country at my high school. Well, apparently they give a 15% discount just for running cross country! Amazing, the discounts didn't stack, but that was fine by me. Great selection, all sorts of shoes from sandals to those toe shoes, just a little bit of everything. They also sell lightweight clothes, socks, MP3 accessories, different energy foods/drink mixes, baby strollers to run with, etc. An awesome feature is a treadmill in the back where you can actually test out your shoes before you buy them. That was a cool feature. All in all, I loved the store, you may pay a tad more here than online, but it's a local business with HUGE selection and great staff. Go to Run This Way and you won't be disappointed. read more

I would give a 0 star if I could. im a beginner runner along with my husband and was looking forward to good costumer service in this store along with recommendations for new running shoes for me and my husband and were ready to spend our money here. We never got greated in the store and never were asked if we needed help. I noticed everyone else who walked in the store after us were greated and helped and we looked around for about 30 minutes debating on what shoes to buy and never was helped. My husband was more excited about New shoes and gear and finally I told my husband to lets leave. I left feeling sad and crummy about how we were treated and told my husband about in the car if he noticed what had happend and he didn't realize untill I pointed it out and then agreed. Today were in Odessa and went to pick up our packets for the crossroad marathon and this store was at there at the expo being held by the run at the church and we checked it out. The same guy who was at the store was running the booth. When we walked up to his booth that guy quickly turned his back and ignored us. We were the only people in the expo besides the vendors so he wasn't busy with any other costumer. I don't like to play the race card but me and my husband are hispanic and we think they don't like to serve Mexicans or they just don't like us for no reason. read more
