None of us were greeted when we walked in, despite about 5 people working. We spent a total of about 45 minutes in the store trying on clothes & looking at all of their products. Employees kept walking by but didn't say a word to any of us or acknowledge that we were there. All the employees were talking to each other laughing and carrying on while I was going back and forth from the dressing rooms grabbing different sizes. Finally we just put back all the clothes that we wanted to purchase and left. Will be ordering online, but really disappointed when a locally owned business doesn't even acknowledge the customers in their store... Will not return.

Then when I said the name on the second order he got all rude. So I called the person who I was picking up for and she did her thing. Then when I finally got the order he didn't like when I was rude back to him. That store needs to teach all of their employees customer service especially when it comes to picking up orders. I won't ever waist my money on that store

Cashier seemed to be in a rush to get back to conversation versus asking if I found everything okay (asking bare minimum as someone who works in retail). Overall, was very impressed with floor crew and their customer service skills over the person who you would think is the face of the shift (cashier/greeter). Don't remember their name, but if I were a manager (and I have been) I would move them away from the frontend.

They have a limited stock on some things, and then great selections on others. The bad, if you go in there expecting customer service, forget about it, there was only one guy working and he pretty well stayed hid behind a display leaning on the shelves messing with his phone. I think if my intentions are to go in and drop almost $200 on a belt, I expect some customer service, and I shouldn't have to solicit it, either. He looked up on occasion but then right back down to his phone. Sales people shouldn't be allowed to carry their phones while on the floor. If they were set on burning a potentially loyal customer into someone who will never come back, congratulations, you did it.
