However, we went to the LOFT in Midland and their sanitizing protocols are above and beyond expected. They offer brand new surgical masks and alcohol hand sanitizer at the door. I personally observed the cleaning of the changing room in between customers. They even go so far as to put the clothing items that I touched in a "quarantine" period for 24 hours, prior to adding the product back on the racks. This forethought is impressive. We will be back! I was trying to look at some pants where they were working and putting together a display it seemed, they didn't offer to move. They had sale signs everywhere and then when I asked if a shirt was apart of the sale they stated " the sale doesn't start until tomorrow ". This was my second time in this location and the second time no one greeted or asked if they could help me. I know other locations are not like this one. I will never go back to this location and will go to other locations in other towns. I have never had this problem in other towns where Loft is located. I was not the only customer that felt this way. Two ladies stopped me after leaving and stated that they were disappointed in how the staff treated customers. One of the ladies was having trouble getting a shirt off the rack and asked "why are these hung backwards"? The clerk responded " they are supposed to be like a question mark". They didn't offer to help her take it off the rack for her and I noticed none of the other clothes were hung like a " question mark"in other parts of the store. When you walk into this location do not expect to feel welcome.

Unfortunately, they don't allow that here. BUMMER! I understand their reasoning- in the past, frames have been broken and couldn't be replaced by the company and yatta yatta yatta, they don't allow that anymore. (This is the reason for the 4/5 stars). They do have offers for 2 pairs of glasses for super cheap but those are with the cheap plastic lenses. And the deal only applies if you get the 2 frames. You can't just get one pair for 1/2 the cost. Staff were friendly. There were 3 ladies there when I came in. I decided that I would just keep my glasses, as is, for now and if I decide to get some new ones in the future, I'll be back.

Just know you own mind, tell them you will ask for help if you need it, and it's a great store. They won't bug you too much, but they are there to help if you need it because they are genuinely friendly. I like the Buckle, because they have limited supply; you won't see everyone wearing the same shirt you just bought, because they don't keep that many in stock. There are a lot of smaller sizes, and no one does layering like the Buckle. 5 stars!
