I first tried to take it back on the weekend, but their "customer service" is only available when the manager is there as the general employees are all that work the weekends and would not help me. Returned on Monday and after checking the battery and having it fail the current test, they still would not give me my money back. Manager referred to the owner, whom also refused to give me my money back. This is a defective product, backed by poor customer support. Specifically the Fairlawn, OH store. Would not recommend these guys to anyone.

SCAMMERS. POORLY MANAGED. FRAUD!…read more I reached out to this "company" to fix my Motorola g screen on November 3rd, 2025 - the owner assured me he can come to me and have my phone fixed within an hour or two. After a few hours (and having to initiate an update from him first) he stated he had to go outsource some parts or something. After five hours and again another attempt from my end to figure out what was happening, he advised that he was finally on his way back and still didn't show up for almost an hour. Once I received my phone, I noticed a few issues with the haptics, but minor enough to over look. After having my phone back for less than 24 hours, the screen completely went back and would not work. After multiple phone calls, voicemails, and text to the owner with no response -- I continued to create a poor google review on their business. Even still leaving opportunity for this to be rectified, I booked another follow up appointment so that this could be looked at. I also sent the owner multiple texts, calls and voicemails again. The owner did not show to the appointment time booked as a follow up and instead chose to respond hours later recommending that I go to another shop because he received a bad review, I can't imagine being a business owner and treating a customer this poorly over an error that is clearly theirs. I will ensure this complaint is filed with any and all avenues possible because this is POOR service and business structure.

It sells computers , PC parts, printers, televisions, cameras, cell phones, and many other home electronics. My husband has fond memories of Micro Center from when we lived in a different state, and where we currently live in Pittsburgh, we have no Micro Center. Therefore, he drove to this store in Cleveland to shop. He purchased an Alienware gaming monitor, a monitor arm, a Seagate hard drive, a mouse, and a screwdriver set. He said that the store had a sale so the prices were reasonable. He has used these products for about two weeks now, and he feels happy with their quality.
