Upon arrival at this shop, a friendly and welcoming employee pointed me to the machine upon arrival (back wall) and the machine walks you through the rest, letting you input the desired options. Told me not to use a vacuum with a brush on hard floors and that stick vacuums (Shark, etc.) would not last long picking up things like bird seed. Recommended a canister unit. I bought one from them at a very reasonable price and it works like a charm. (He wasn't even trying to sell me the unit.) The cost of the new unit was very decent, but the advice was priceless.
