When it was time to pickup my car I witnessed 3 employees talking and standing at the back of my car as if there was a problem. A technician who wore glasses closed the hatch and brought my car around to me, and as I walked up to him to say thank you he said "I am sorry." Hmmm. Sorry for what I thought. So when I got home, I opened the hatch and found to my dismay my cargo net laying flat on the floor with damage done to the left top cargo net hook and bracket. Appears he used force to remove the cargo net instead of simply unhooking it. The question is, is this the way these 3 employees would treat their female relative?

Well, I have mixed feelings for these guys. Several months ago, I got my Ram 1500 leveled here then…read morea few weeks ago, I decided to get it lifted instead so I came back here for a lift. I had a similar issue here both times that led to me having "mixed" feelings. First off, let me say, I live in Willis so a trip to Tomball is a little bit of a hike. With that said, when I came here to get my level several months ago, they didn't get it right the first time. My truck was extremely "bouncy" and was making a squeaking noise which led to me having to make a return trip for them to change the level kit & they got it right the second time. Fast forward to several weeks ago when I decided to get my 3.5" lift. I had a similar experience. Brought it in but they didn't get it right the first time. It wasn't bouncy but it was definitely making a squeaking sound. Came back which led to them fixing the struts and getting it right the second time. So both times, they didn't get it right the first time but nailed it the second time which became a bit of an inconvenience for me coming all the way from Willis. One absolute positive thing I'll say is that if you have an issue with your service here, they'll do whatever they can to make it right.
