Had the pleasure to try their wine while on vacation. Ariel was simply great to chat with and get to know a bit about their wine and their background. Mexican roots from Jalisco and Michoacán. Tried a few of their wines and fell in love with their Pinot Noir, absolutely delicious, I would recommend to have their Dulce Beso, it is such a nice night cap.

Was Chardonnay....lol

5 Stars all around. Came here because I love supporting a Latino owned business, Viva mi Raza. Was not disappointed. Was greeted by our wine sommelier, he was super attentive and very knowledgeable and great at recommendations for food pairing. Location: 5 stars. Sonoma and easy to find. Ambiance: 5 stars. The weather was great for a November weekend, around 68 degrees, slight over cast but cleared up by 1pm. Outdoors, nice patio, plenty of seats and shade. Service: 100 STARS. Amazing customer service and attentiveness. Great to see Latinos being successful. Reasonably priced and the wine is GREAT. My personal favorites were the Reserva Chardonnay, Carnero Pinot Noir and the Desert wine Dulce Beso.

The wines were pretty good but the hospitality was spectacular. The tasting room had a great vibe. It was friendly and they certainly are rightfully proud of their story and they tell it well. They are the kind of people that you hope do really well which is a nice way to feel when walking out of any business.

Complimentary tasting for members.

What can I say, the history of the Ceja family is so colorful and amazing that that alone should be enough to stop by and learn of. Oh yeah, their amazing Pinot Noir is also a good reason to stop by . I fell in love with Ceja wines, but mostly the hospitality, staff, and family on my first visit to Napa years ago. Originally I visited their Napa tasting room location where I learned all about Ceja from their amazing staff. I was treated so warmly, as if I had been known for years. The history of the Ceja family was rich and it was a pleasure to be somewhat part of it just by partaking in their delicious offerings. They are best know for their Pinot Noir's, which are delectable! Unlike other wineries that I have been too, Ceja tends to offer some sweet parings with their tastings, like a chocolate pairing which was an awesome twist; however not sure if they still offer this or not. The only bummer is that they are not open during the week, which sucks, only F-Su. I continue to be a Ceja fan, and make sure that when I have guests and in Napa we make sure to make a stop and visit Ceja! Vinum (wine), Cantus (song), Amor (love)! Is there anything else?

A wonderful wine experience.

The friend that took us here mentioned how she likes that you never feel rushed. I see why people purchase wine club memberships now. As a Pendulum wine club member she gets wine pick ups, discounts, and unlimited tastings with three guests. The setting is beautiful! So many flowers. Nicely shaded picnic benches with umbrellas. They have a large fish pond and it's 25 cents for a cup of fish food to feed the turtles and koi. This is one of the most family friendly wineries I've seen. Many people bring their kids. They have corn holes too. Fancy and Pudding were the highlight! I reached out and felt like a Disney princess having one of them come to me for pets. The restrooms were very clean as well! It was fun browsing the store too. And of course the tasting and charcuterie board were a fantastic experience. I loved the cheeses and almonds they had. We had the option of deviating from the tasting menu. But everything we tasted was great! I think you can also bring your own snacks. It's a great winery experience. Nothing for praise for Cline Cellars. The day we went it looks like they were setting up a wedding later in the day. But that didn't negatively impact our experience at all.

We ended up buying 6 bottles back then. Also the kids liked feeding the fish in the pond. This time we visited during the Labor day long weekend on a Sunday. There were considerably more people here compared to our last visit. The staff member in the tasting room was disinterested from the start. We told her that we really loved the Cashmere Black last time and wanted to get that and some more. She just handed us the wine list and waited for us. There was an awkward pause. I requested if we could taste a couple of the recommended wines to which she hesitated. I tried addressing the situation by asking her why there was some resistance and also assured her I would pay for a tasting if that was an issue. She did end up suggesting some good wines (and taste a few). We ended up buying 5 bottles this time. The tone and experience of the overall interaction this time was unfortunately not a very pleasant one specially compared to our previous visit.

A quick Yelp search led us to Larson Family Winery, and it turned out to be such a gem. There are tons of wooden benches outside, many of them shaded, which was a huge plus in the heat. It's also extremely kid-friendly. Almost every table around us had little ones, so families will feel right at home here. Brian took care of us and was super knowledgeable and friendly. We were welcomed with a small glass of bubbly, which set the tone right away. We went with a bottle of their Sauvignon Blanc: bright and crisp, with lively acidity balanced by plenty of juicy fruit. It was perfect for a hot afternoon, and we enjoyed every sip. To go with it, we ordered the truffle Marin brie with a loaf of bread and salami, and everything was amazing. We were curious about the Pinots, and Brian was kind enough to bring over a few tastes. They were delicious, but we were already a bottle in and had to call it there. Next time I'm starting with the Pinots. We walked in without a reservation and got a table with no problem. Parking was easy in their gravel lot, and $75 for a bottle plus food felt like a great value for a Sonoma afternoon. We'll definitely be back!

There was live music, delicious barbecue from the food trucks, and beautiful fall decorations that made the entire atmosphere feel warm and festive. It's a relaxed, family-friendly winery where everyone can have a great time and also very dog friendly. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back!

Acacia our Server Made Our Visit Exceptional!…read more We visited Buena Vista Winery on Monday with family visiting from New Jersey, and while the winery and wines were wonderful, Acacia truly made the experience exceptional. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, attentive, and incredibly engaging. She has a wonderful ability to read her guests and make everyone feel comfortable while still providing a knowledgeable and professional tasting experience. Her enthusiasm for Buena Vista and its history was contagious. As we enjoyed the Reserve and Signature flights, Acacia shared stories about the winery's history dating back to 1857 and brought that history to life during our tour. She didn't simply pour wine and explain what we were tasting--she created an experience for us. She also had a great sense of humor and happily joined in when our family decided to test whether an entire bottle of wine could fit into one of the giant wine glasses. It did--and we have the video to prove it! That kind of spontaneous fun and personal interaction is what made the afternoon so memorable. We enjoyed the wines so much that we left with three bottles, but what we talked about afterward was Acacia and the wonderful time she gave our family. To the Buena Vista management team: Acacia is an outstanding ambassador for your winery. Her knowledge, professionalism, warmth, attentiveness, and ability to genuinely connect with guests deserve recognition. Employees like her are the reason visitors remember an experience and want to return. Thank you, Acacia, for making our family's visit to Buena Vista Winery such a special one. We will absolutely be back!

It's members only (plus entourage) and we were able to enjoy a bites pairing with our wine tasting on their hacienda. Upon checking in, we were given a complimentary "splash" (it was more than that) of their rosé of pinot noir, then shown to our table. The grounds are gorgeous- it feels very secluded and the design and layout was spectacular. We were served by Fran, who was so knowledgeable and had some super cool tattoos that my friends and I were in awe of. We tried the sylvaner, chardonnay, syrah, and pinot noir. The light bites were delicious as well and were filling for our group of 5! They brought out a salad with rosemary roasted almonds, anchovy vinaigrette, fried olives, blistered shishito peppers, green beans and gigante beans, and toast with roasted tomatoes, dill, basil, and a cheese(?). Everything was so fresh and such a delicious pairing with our drinks. We also got a splash of their vermuth at the end. We were told that Scribe acquired some of the property next door so they'll be focusing on estate wine creation. This was such a delightful experience and I'd love to return to check out the small shop they have onsite (it was closed when we visited). Thanks Scribe!

"He's got a cool Cadillac With a jacuzzi in the back"…read more(Shania Twain) Our Napa Sonoma wine tour ended at Jacuzzi Vineyards. If you think Jacuzzi is an odd name foe a winemaker, well you might be surprised to find out that the Jacuzzi Family Vineyards is directly connected to the same family that invented the Jacuzzi spa! The winery was founded to honor Valeriano Jacuzzi, who came to California in 1921 and worked with his brothers at Jacuzzi Brothers Inc. That company, run by the Jacuzzi brothers, is the one that later became famous for inventing the Jacuzzi whirlpool pump and eventually the iconic hot tub. So, it's the same family, and the Jacuzzi Family Vineyards is run by descendants of the original Jacuzzi brothers but isn't part of the modern Jacuzzi hot tub corporation. As for the wine making branch of the family tree, they occupy a beautiful property in Sonoma with a handsome tasting room-bar and a lovely outdoor courtyard. Our tour gave us samples of three wines: A 2025 Malvasia Bianca Central Coast (14.5% ABV) with citrusy notes of pineapple and tangerine. A 2025 Dolcetto Nouveau (12% ABV) with notes of cranberry and cherry. A 2023 Primitivo (14.5ABV) an intense fruit flavored wine with notes of raspberry, cherry, plum, and vanilla. I'd say the Malvasia was my favorite of the three by a slim margin. We had a terrific visit to Jacuzzi.

The hospitality at Sangiacomo Family Wines is one of the many things that makes this wine tasting experience extra special. We were warmly welcomed by our wine tasting host and educator, Vlada, as soon as we arrived. We enjoyed a splash of Sauvignon Blanc that was amazing. Everyone that works here was so friendly and welcoming. Along the visit, you will see a collection of other wine labels from other wineries in Sonoma County and Napa Valley that get their wines from Sangiacomo vineyards. The amount of different wineries that get their fruit from Sangiacomo vineyards is impressive. Before being seated, we soaked in the stunning views of their vineyards on the property.
