I thought this was a great little laundromat. Very clean, nice machines.. if there's one thing I would add is the directions on Yelp are completely wrong. so you might want to come get the real directions before you head over. read more

RIPOFF ALERT. yeah, newer machines in decent shape but they charge a significant amount more than other 'mats within a 10 mile drive. Most places give you 7 minutes of dryer time per $.25 but these cheapos give you a whopping 3 minutes per quarter. DOUBLE THE PRICE FOR THE SAME EXACT SERVICE. Hoooraaay Sandy land price gougers drive the extra miles and pay half the price. My DONT FORGET THE DECEPTIVE SIGNAGE! The machines say they only charge $x.xx but they actually change the rates depending on if you choose to use hot water. RIPOFF!!! Very disappointed for 2 main reasons: RIP OFF!!! The washers displayed $2.75/wash. After depositing the posted amount, the machines still showed that I owed 50 cents. I reluctantly added the additional money for each load. DIRTY!!! The floor, counters and entire facility had not been cleaned for some time. I sanitized before using any equipment and I'd bet it was the first cleansing the machines ever had! read more

My family uses this laundromat quite often and it's always well maintained and a pleasant experience. When I went in today the largest washing machine had a bunch of animal hair in it (there are plenty signs asking people to clean the animal hair out after). I asked the employee if they had a vacuum to clean it out since I had a ton of laundry and didn't want to pay for multiple smaller loads. The gentleman paid for all of my washing machines in smaller loads for the inconvenience! It was so kind, and then proceeded to clean the whole place and mop and everything. I had an issue recently and I contacted the owner and I was really impressed at how well he took care of things. He's really a nice guy and really seems to care about the quality of his business. Very surprised to hear others say he's rude. I found him to be very nice and helpful. read more

This is a nice place the only thing o don't like is that the restroom is always locked now supposedly thanks to vandalism which I had not noticed before bit is a little inconvenient to have to walk to another store close like bi mart or grocery outlet just to use a restroom. Other than that the machines work great and this place is convenient to say the least thank you for keeping an open laundy in Sandy. read more

I have been going in here for about 6 months. but today was the last straw!!!!! This place i should say the owner of this place is a rude and mean man. i could make a list of different issues ive had each time ive gine there.Owner has the bathroom marked in use 24/7 so no bathroom use no water. The dryers do not dry your cloths as they should. the vending machines are always taking peoples money but no product. i have witnessed at least 3 differnt times when the owner comes in and someone has asked him about a issue they have and he is loud and rude. TODAY was terrible something that i will think about for days to come. when i arrived there was 3 people there it was quiet. I noticed a older man sitting by himself not bothering anyone. he had been riding his bike and im guessing came in to take a break and drink a bottle of water i ahd been there about 45 min.when all of a sudden the owner rushes inside looks around and heads directly to this guy and satrts yelling at him to get up and leave now. we were all shocked and heard him ask why? the guy just continues being rude and says go get out of here!! the guy was ok i will. the owner looks around at us makes a mad face and storms back to his car and pulls outscreaching his tires. I felt so so bad for this guy he was embarrassed. He had did nothing to deserve this. the owner has live stream cameras throughout the entire inside and outside so i believe he saw the bike outside and then saw the guy sitting inside drinking a bottle of water and he wasnt making money on the guy so decided to come by and send the guy away. little does he know he sent a lot of people away. he is a rude mean man and i will not ever give him my business again read more

This place is awful.the owners are very rude...very poor customer service.if you call them for help they are not at all willing to come to their place of business to resolve the issue. They will put you off tell you some stupid story about the washer that needs to think and adjust itself for 1 1/2 hours while your clothes have been in there the whole time washing spinning non stop.started my loads at 11:30 the machine kept adding more time kept going door wouldn't unlock time never counted down.i didnt get my clothes out of that washer till 1:00 pm.number 6 machine is no good its broke.did the owners try to help no they didn't.they yelled at me over over on the phone.my husband had to get mad tell the owner to not talk to his wife like that. The owners are not professional they don't have good PR with customers. All I wanted was my small 2 loads to get done out of the washer that was supposed to be 25 minutes long instead the washer took 1 1/2 hours to finally stop and open.I could not believe the response I got from the owners.he told me he could not come open unlock machine and retrieve my clothes. Crazy stupid people. I never heard the like in my 55 years of living.don't go there to do your laundry.I have witnesses heard saw the whole thing. read more
