I highly recommend Everhome Suites Amarillo West for its comfortable rooms, great amenities, and fresh, new feel! (If you need to wash your hair, may want to confirm they have fixed water pressure issues before staying here. Shower water pressure would not be sufficient to thoroughly wash hair)

When she did finally look up she didn't say I'm sorry for the delay, or apologize or anything. Just looked at us like we were just an annoyance in her life at that time. She had an attitude and was NOT friendly at all! She didn't smile and was very rude! My friend asked her what time would the bar open? Her response was NEVER, again friend asked will it ever open and her response was NOPE. I will never stay there again. Honestly, we went in and out a lot and not once did we see her smile in the 2 days of staying there. It would probably be in your best interest for your hotel by getting rid of her. I didn't catch her name because she didn't have a badge on. She was working the desk on Monday the 23rd of March at 4:00 in the afternoon. I could give a description of her but maybe you can figure out who she was by the date and time. Also, if you advertise a bar it should be open. Ridiculous!!!! I'm sure this will never make it to the right people because it looks like there are a lot of complaints about the check in process.

And to boot they were going to throw a glass of milk out that a patron did not want and I said I'd take it vs throwing it away lol still charged me the $4 for a glass of milk that was about to go down the drain.
