The issue with Yelp is that leaving a 1 star review implies that the establishment did at least…read moresomething right; when in fact, my entire experience with this dispensary was a nightmare. 1st issue - I placed a delivery order on a Tuesday and received an email that my order would be delivered in 60-90 minutes. I waited around all day and no on ever came or reached out. Twenty-four hours after I placed my order I finally had to call them in order for them to actually come deliver my order. 2nd issue - While the driver was already on the way, the shop texted me and said I used two discount codes on my order and that was not allowed. Apparently it was my fault their system accepted both discount codes? They said they would need to send me a revised invoice without one of the discount codes. Kind of annoying, but I said fine, I get glitches happen. I still found it odd they were acting like it was my fault instead of just accepting their system messed up and honoring the order for a first-time customer. 3rd issue - when I looked at my receipt I saw they dropped the higher discount code (which was also the discount for the specific product I ordered) and kept the lower amount discount for my order. I texted them back saying that I felt they should honor the higher one since 1) it was their system that messed up in the first place; and 2) was the one specific to the product I ordered. My point was, why should I have to pay more for their mistake? 4th issue - after some back and forth and the owner being pretty rude to me on the phone, she finally agreed to refund the difference. I said thanks and asked how that refund will be sent to Me. It has now been 2 weeks and I have yet to receive my refund. The owner also told me they wouldn't be delivering to me anymore. I guess them making 4 mistakes in one transaction is somehow my fault. Although this really doesn't make much of a difference for me because you couldn't pay me money to support this establishment after such a terrible experience. Anyways, there are so many amazing local dispensaries throughout the city that actually care about their patrons and who will provide a significantly better experience than this place. Please do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. You won't have to deal with rude employees, not receive your product until you follow up with them, and wont have them steal your money like this place did.
