Horrible service. Do not use this guy. This is guy performs work stating he is licensed but he is unlicensed. Does not complete work. I made a mistake of using this guy to upgrade electric panel. He claimed that he had already requested permit and performed electric work. Turns out that this was a lie. After two months and hundreds of calls/text, still hasn't submitted the permit. He does send me reminder to pay remaining balance. I'm happy pay after he completes the work. I also found that this guy doesn't have a permit. Stay away for this guy. read more

He never finished his work. I've used Carlos several times in the past with no issues and reasonable cost. However, recently it seems that he is going through some personal hardship, so I paid him in advance for a pool lighting job to help him out. He never came back to complete the work and no longer responds to phone calls or texts. I don't know what he's going through, but I think he could be professional by explaining the situation to me and better yet completing the work. Then I discovered that he is unlicensed and it makes me worry about his previous work, especially when he used irrigation boxes instead of electrical boxes. Anyway, I can't say I recommend him given what happened. read more

I recently got an EV and needed a 240V outlet installed in my garage to take care of my charging needs. My electric panel was right behind the location of where I wanted the socket to go. Using the YELP app to help provide quotes, several companies provided quotes right away. A few didn't contact me until several days later. Pricing for the job varied between $300 to $800. CYDD provided me with a quote of $385 and had immediate availability. Two technicians arrived on time wearing masks and maintained a proper distance from me. My electric panel didn't have any room to add a new breaker for the 240V outlet. So one of the technicians explained he would replace some of my breakers with duplex breakers to make room. Essentially these doubled up some of the breakers and allowed for plenty of room for the 240V - 50amp breaker. Overall I was impressed with the quality of work and had a pleasant experience working with CYDD! After the job was finished one of the technicians showed that the socket had 240V with a volt meter. Another technician patched up the drywall and cleaned up any mess. read more

In a matter of a week, we went from securing estimates to having the job done across two days. The guys were professional, worked fast, and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves as they worked. They also were able to recommend a company to do stucco repair, and as you can see, they delivered there too. Carlos, the owner, was super responsive and you could tell he took great pride in doing quality work with good communication throughout. And gave me a quote that can't be beat! I appreciate them confirming my appointment the day before... which is great customer service!! Although it took them a day and a half to complete the project.. they listened and fulfilled our request diligently. We wanted the conduit to be up into the attic so no wires were exposed and they were able to get that done and discreetly get all the conduits into the garage. Other places wanted us to wrap it on the outside of the house exposing the conduits.. gross no! Just the fact that they went up into the attic shows how hard working Carlos is and passionate in having the customer happy! I can now say after a month of having a Tesla..
