5 Stars - Absolutely Stellar BBQ in Winter Garden! Best in Central Florida…read more I've been chasing great barbecue for years, and 4 Rivers Smokehouse in Winter Garden consistently delivers one of the best experiences around. From the moment you walk in (or hit the drive-thru), the smell of that perfectly smoked meat hits you and you know you're in for a treat. We started with the 3x2 platter and loaded up on the Signature Angus Brisket (tender, juicy, incredible bark), Southern Pulled Pork (moist and flavorful), and Burnt Ends (smoky, caramelized, and absolutely addictive). The brisket especially is next-level--smoked for 18 hours and worth every penny of the upcharge. The St. Louis Style Ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender with that perfect honey BBQ finish. But then I went back. And that's when things got really dangerous. On my return visit, I went with the 3x combo -- brisket, pulled pork, and burnt ends -- and it honestly blew me away. I thought I knew what to expect, but this combination hit differently. The burnt ends added a caramelized, smoky depth that elevated the whole plate to another level entirely. The only thing that stopped me from going back for a second round was the sheer generosity of the portions. There was simply too much food -- and I mean that as the highest possible compliment. Sides are no afterthought here either. The baked beans have that perfect smoky-sweet depth, the mac & cheese is creamy comfort in a bowl, and the coleslaw provides the ideal fresh crunch to cut through the richness. We also grabbed the Burnt Ends Melt sandwich on a previous visit and it was pure indulgence -- cheesy, caramelized onions, and those chopped burnt ends? Chef's kiss. The staff is always friendly and fast, even when it's busy. The restaurant has a clean, welcoming vibe with plenty of seating and that convenient Winter Garden drive-thru for quick cravings. Portions are generous, prices are fair for the quality, and everything comes out hot and fresh. We've done takeout, dine-in, and more -- never a disappointment. If you love real, slow-smoked barbecue done right with homestyle sides and killer desserts (the cookies and banana pudding are dangerous), head to the Winter Garden location on South Dillard Street. It's become our go-to spot and I can't recommend it highly enough. Pro tip: Get the brisket, add the burnt ends, and try not to embarrass yourself by going back for more. Trust me -- the portions will make that decision for you.

Honestly did not disappoint! The bbq was very flavourful. Ribs fell right off the bone. Meaty, and enjoyed the sauces to compliment the meat on the tables. Corn bread was good, moist and generous portion. Mac & cheese was yummy as well! The chicken tenders on the side were breaded lightly and seasoned great. Atmosphere- casual, plenty of seating space. Good for small groups as well as big ones. Service- friendly, patient and was able to answer any questions. Food came out in a timely manner. Overall, great experience. Would recommend and come back!!

Everything is always cooked perfectly and the flavors are next level. He works together beautifully with his wife who makes awesome desserts. It is a full service experience from start to finish--preparing a menu, cooking food on site at your home, and then they take care of all the clean up when it's over. Not only is Chef Al an amazing chef, but he also is a pleasure to talk to, he's engaging, and he's happy to answer questions. Our kids love him too! If you're looking for an amazing private chef to deliver the ultimate luxurious dining experience, look no further. Chef Al is your guy!

WOW what an incredible dinner experience!…read more We provided Chef Al with a rough idea of our dinner preferences along with a couple food allergies and he created a stunning menu in no time. He was also able to make adjustments as needed. The private dinner was absolutely phenomenal and delicious. Chef Al is no ordinary chef, you can tell he has some upscale culinary training and experience. The food was so delicious we didn't want to stop eating lol. Ahi with an incredible soy orange glaze over crispy wontons and Chilean sea bass cooked to perfection were just a couple of the highlights from our dinner. Chef Al is so great this was actually the second time we booked him! And his encore was just as incredible as the first private dinner he did for us last year. Super friendly and professional - would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for the perfect private dinner experience.

There were 100 things I knew to ask, question, and worry about that, respectfully, you probably wouldn't and it wouldn't affect your event in the slightest. Our initial contact Brittany went out on maternity leave and Ashley picked things right up- not a single bump in the communication. Just before the event, Brittany returned and picked it right back up again. BUT Florida being Florida, we had a huge COVID spike right before our event. What I hoped would be a slow time in the 2 weeks pre-event turned into almost daily emails as things had to be changed on the fly. PNS Catering never missed a beat. The staff wore masks and gloves and made my guests feel safe but welcome. The food was obviously delicious- the main reason I chose them in the first place. Great communication from start to finish. Great suggestions/ideas when I wanted cost-saving tips or I needed their input when I wasn't sure which option to choose. Expertise. Trust. Communication. And delicious food. What more could you ask for from your caterer?? Thank you again Puff n Stuff for a wonderful event.

Vegan Halloween Wedding - Absolutely hit it out of the park!…read more My brother enlisted me to help him find a vegan caterer for his Wedding on Halloween and I'm so grateful I found Arthur's. I had reached out to a couple of caterers in the area prior with the only requirement being the food had to be 100% vegan (very important to my brother and his bride). Every other caterer I spoke to pushed back on this and tried to get us to consider at least vegetarian (I think it might have been because they were intimidated by planning that type of menu?) but not Arthur's. Patty was our coordinator and she was a delight to work with - responsive, accommodating and put our minds at ease. The food itself was phenomenal! During cocktail hour there was a harvest table with all kinds of dips, roasted veggies, and a vegan sausage. They also had passed h'orderves which included a falafel, polenta cake and spring rolls which were to die for! The staff kept the plates coming so guests were never without something to munch on while enjoying drinks. At dinner there were 3 stations: 1.) americana/BBQ (buffalo cauliflower, jackfruit sliders, mac and "cheese", collard greens) 2.) Wok/Stir fry (tofu, rice, veggies, spicy sauce) 3.) Italian (eggplant rolitini, creamy veggie pasta, rolls) And then there was a late night snack! mini black bean burgers to satisfy the late night dancing and drinking craving. Needless to say no one went hungry and while this was a fully vegan menu there were only about 7 actual vegans at the whole wedding, yet the entire guest list raved about the menu. I can't recommend Arthur's highly enough. Thank you to Patty and her staff for an amazing night and for making my brother's wedding so delicious and so special!
