Cannot find a better wedding caterer!! My husband and I were married on November 19th, 2022 and it was a crazy and stressful process. The wedding industry is wild and I felt that as a bride, I wasn't listened to for most of the process- until we met with Arthurs! The planning process with them was seamless- any changes or issues that came up, they immediately contacted us. Any time you call their office, they had the NICEST greeter! Their office space is so professional and every employee we interacted with only wanted to support and celebrate us! The only hesitation I had with booking Arthurs was the pricing which ended up being less expensive than one of their local competitors! After our wedding, we received COUNTESS compliments on how amazing the food was. The personal butler my husband and I were given during the evening was the kindest person and helped us soooooo much throughout the night. Went to a wedding a Casa Feliz, just wanted to up load my pictures for others to see! The chicken dish was very, very well done. I notified however that the meat dish was extremely rare and several people ended up not finishing there's and I have to believe it was probably due to this fact. Vegan Halloween Wedding - Absolutely hit it out of the park! My brother enlisted me to help him find a vegan caterer for his Wedding on Halloween and I'm so grateful I found Arthur's. I had reached out to a couple of caterers in the area prior with the only requirement being the food had to be 100% vegan (very important to my brother and his bride). Every other caterer I spoke to pushed back on this and tried to get us to consider at least vegetarian (I think it might have been because they were intimidated by planning that type of menu?) but not Arthur's. Patty was our coordinator and she was a delight to work with - responsive, accommodating and put our minds at ease. The food itself was phenomenal! During cocktail hour there was a harvest table with all kinds of dips, roasted veggies, and a vegan sausage. They also had passed h'orderves which included a falafel, polenta cake and spring rolls which were to die for! The staff kept the plates coming so guests were never without something to munch on while enjoying drinks. At dinner there were 3 stations: 1.) americana/BBQ (buffalo cauliflower, jackfruit sliders, mac and "cheese", collard greens) 2.) Wok/Stir fry (tofu, rice, veggies, spicy sauce) 3.) Italian (eggplant rolitini, creamy veggie pasta, rolls) And then there was a late night snack! mini black bean burgers to satisfy the late night dancing and drinking craving. Needless to say no one went hungry and while this was a fully vegan menu there were only about 7 actual vegans at the whole wedding, yet the entire guest list raved about the menu. We had them for our bar and ice cream station and they were great. Lori helped coordinate before the date of the wedding and Fran helped on the day off. Choosing Arthur's Catering was the best choice that we could have made for our wedding day! From the beginning, they made us feel so special and through out the entire process. We enjoyed being able to come and talk about all are details for our wedding day, and have that one-on-one connection with the team. We worked with Brittany, and she was fantastic! Every time I had a question, she would be very prompt and thorough responding to my emails or phone calls. Up until the wedding day, everything was going perfect and then Hurricane Irma decided to make a presence. My husband and I were so worried and concerned that our wedding would fall apart since the Hurricane was projected to hit the day of our wedding. Immediately when I contacted Brittany of the situation, she was already figuring out a solution and giving us options. We decided to continue our wedding because the projection turned to the day after our wedding. She kept me informed and confirmed each day up until the wedding day that they were still going to be there for our wedding. She worked with me on all the adjustments we had to make due to time and guest count. On our actual wedding day, it couldn't have gone any smoother. Our guests (that were still able to come) raved about the food and enjoyed every bit! Brittany and the team were there executing our wedding as if it was any other day. They made sure my husband and I were taken care of thoroughly, and due to our situation - we got to enjoy our wedding food the day of as well as all the leftovers (since we couldn't leave on our honeymoon until after the hurricane passed) ! Absolutely amazing company to work with. We reached out to the team at the last minute - 2 months from the wedding, and they were more than happy to accommodate without being pushy or making us feel obligated to work with them, I'm guessing because their product speaks for itself. Patty was our main contact and coordinator and was willing to work with our complicated menu requests. She offered more than just a great menu and service but was able to work with our (very temperamental) decorator and coordinate with the venue for us. Our wedding day was definitely in good hands. We've been hosting Christmas parties for more than twenty years, and have had many great events, but this year's catering by Arthur's outdid them all. The staff was friendly, energetic, and just plain nice, and the food was simply awesome. We worked closely with Patty through the planning phase and she was so professional, thorough and always immediately available if I had any questions. The team that worked the event was fabulous, from the delicious food, presentation and over the top service, we could not have been more pleased. During my May 2012 wedding at Casa Feliz they were great! Casa Feliz, the venue where I had my wedding, contracts solely with Arthur's Catering and for good reason. With Arthur's you are guaranteed a classy, tasty and beautiful presentation and selection of food. They have different price ranges of menus, that although a little more expensive, are quite worth the expense. They are very responsive during the planning process too. Their tasting before the wedding was a great preview of what was to come - it was very upscale and tailored to my wishes. The night of the wedding they made sure to bring us appetizers (as we were taking pictures during the cocktail hour) and also brought our food and drinks to us. Arthur's did an amazing job on our wedding reception. I have been aware of Arthur's for a long time and everyone has told me that they are the best caterer in the city. Well I discovered last weekend that their reputation is not only accurate, it is well deserved. My wife and I were impressed with every aspect of their customer service. From our first meeting with our event planner, my wife's concerns were put at ease. Katie immediately established a rapport and gave my wife, and me, a sense that she cared about us as a couple and the success of our wedding reception. She was patient and understanding and answered all of our questions quickly and to our satisfaction. We were also impressed with the professional relationship that Arthur's had with our venue and with the site coordinator there. The moment we told her we were working with Arthur's, I could tell that the caterer at least would not be a concern for her. The food was excellent. Our compliments to the chefs who helped prepare our food. All night long, guest after guest told us how much they enjoyed the food. We had a multi-cultural wedding and everyone in attendance was pleased with the options and the quality of the appetizers and the meal. After all I had heard about Arthur's food, my wife and I made sure we ate first and quickly before we started our obligatory greeting of the guests at each of the tables. We were served a generous sampling of the entire menu and I can gladly say that I was able to enjoy every bit of it. We were also grateful at the end of the night for a small to-go container with a late night snack for the two of us. After a wonderful but stressful and long day, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised to have yet another excellent meal that day. On top of the planning and the food, my wife and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Arthur's staff. They are most certainly why Arthur's deserves the excellent reputation that it has. They were attentive, courteous, professional, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile for us or our guests. We felt in very safe hands with Leah, our captain. She ran the show and it ran smoothly and without any issues. Our bartenders were friendly and efficient and remembered guests orders expertly. The chef on site that night, Edgar, spoke Spanish, as does my wife. He made a point of seeking out my wife and asking her in Spanish how she enjoyed her meal. She was touched by the effort and appreciated how comfortable he, and the rest of the staff, made her feel. Arthur's catered my granddaughter's Bat Mitzvah party. Everything was wonderful and exactly what my granddaughter wanted. The staff was very efficient and saw to everyone's needs. At the end of the evening they helped put the leftovers in containers so we could take them home. I used Arthur's for my husband's 50th birthday party. They were so helpful in selecting the food and allowed me to make several changes to the menu without giving me a problem. Their servers and bartenders were very professional and the catering coordinator did everything he could to make sure I could stay calm and relaxed prior to my event. They really did so much of the work for me. The food was delicious. I got numerous compliments from all of my guests and they broke everything down and followed my instructions. Arthur's was flexible meeting with us and working on price. They still came out pretty high but the tasting was so good and I had read so many good reviews and were supposedly the "best" in Orlando so I hired them. There were two issues that happened on the day of the wedding. The day was suppose to be perfect. First our wedding planner had asked for some of the cocktail hour food to be brought to the green room for my husband and I. After waiting for quite a while my wedding planner had to go get the food herself. And, two, and this is really big. My mother was brought to tears by the server that was working her table - and not good tears. We had a very simple menu - one plate for kids and one for children. The number of adult and children meals for each table was provided to Arthur's with our last payment. Yet when my family (the bride's family) was served the serve got in an argument with my mom and other at the table telling them that there was no kids meals at that table (and the kids at that table were 10 and under - obviously kids). It got so bad that my mother broken down in tears - and the whole table's experience was ruined. From the best we can tell the head server was not told of the issue and no one - and i mean NO ONE - from Arthur's apologized to the table, my parents, or me and my husband. They did nothing for customer recovery. Oh and when our wedding planner got involved she was told there was plenty of kids meals and the head server had no idea what happened and why the table was screwed up. A few days after our event we received a comment card from Arthur's which we truthfully filled out and accompanied with a letter explaining what happened and how it effected our guests and our night. It has been almost 6 months and we have heard nothing from Arthur's. If you go with them I would STRONGLY recommend you set expectations with Arthur's on what you would like to happen when an issue starts to happen at a table. read more
