What was supposed to be a beautiful wedding day was cut short because the venue shut the wedding down, and we did not even get to stay for the entire event. One staff member in particular--the shorter woman working that day--had an extremely rude and hostile attitude toward our guests. Rather than communicating professionally or attempting to de-escalate the situation, she called the police and claimed that the bride had threatened her, which was not what we witnessed. She also accused us of planning to leave with open bottles when we were not even leaving the property. What made this especially disturbing was that our group is made up of proud immigrants and people of color. Having the police called on us in the middle of a wedding over accusations that we believed were untrue made everyone feel incredibly unsafe and unwelcome. Everyone in our group has proper legal status, but that did not erase the fear and discomfort created by suddenly having law enforcement brought into what should have been a celebration. Based on our experience, if you are anything other than white, I would be extremely cautious about booking this venue. I can only speak to what we personally experienced, but the way our group was treated left us feeling singled out, uncomfortable, and disrespected. We understand that venues have rules and staff have the right to enforce them. What we do not understand is why the situation needed to be handled with such hostility and escalated to the point of involving police and ultimately ending someone's wedding early. A wedding is something people spend months or even years planning and thousands of dollars celebrating. No bride, groom, family, or group of guests should have their night end this way. What should have been a beautiful memory instead became an upsetting experience that many of us will remember for all the wrong reasons.

Oh and they did an awesome job accommodating our guests allergies and dietary restrictions! The price was great, the ease was excellent, and the food was complimented on over and over again! The owner, Michelle, spoke disrespectfully not only to members of my bridal party, but also to members of my vendor team, Disney coordinators, and even members of her own staff. I was later informed by several individuals that her communication style toward her own team was often condescending and demeaning. It took some time for these concerns to fully come to my attention because many people intentionally chose not to burden me with the stress while I was enjoying newlywed marital bliss. On top of that, multiple personal items of mine were misplaced, and several items included in my BEO were completely missed because their checklist was not properly completed or verified. These were important details that should have been carefully managed, especially for such a significant event. What was even more upsetting was the way concerns were handled afterward. Rather than taking accountability or working toward a professional resolution, the response from the owner was to silence me by removing me from the Facebook group she claims to own. It became very clear that when someone raises concerns or speaks negatively about her services, they are simply removed instead of being heard. A wedding vendor should bring professionalism, accountability, and support during one of the most important moments of your life. Sadly, that was not my experience here. I highly recommend future brides and couples do extensive research before hiring this company.

We hosted a work event at the boathouse here and it was super nice. The estate looks out over a huge lake so the views are stunning, and it's really lovely to be outside and enjoy nature. The main house area is huge and could host a lot of people. It has a cobblestone courtyard area that lights up at night and it's all so quaint. The grounds are kept meticulous by workers and all of it is so quality and nice. Everyone we worked with from the Adams Estate were also super friendly and helpful.

We also asked for a few specific/missing photos (a large group reception shot and a portrait of the bride with her immediate family) that still haven't been delivered. What's been most disappointing is the lack of transparency and communication. We've been incredibly patient, giving space for the creative process and trying not to rush the team. But after so many months and repeated follow-ups, we're left feeling anxious and in the dark. We've just repeatedly been told "next week" for months and now we've reached a point that we've been entirely ghosted. We trusted Isle Media to preserve the emotional essence of a once-in-a-lifetime day -- and now we're afraid we may never get to relive it the way we had hoped. For a service of this cost and significance, this level of delay and silence is deeply disheartening. If/when our remaining photos and videos are delivered at the high-quality standard you would expect from Isle Media, I'll gladly update this review -- but as it stands, I wouldn't want another couple to go through this and therefore can't recommend their services to anyone looking for an event photographer/ videographer.
