Unfortunately, it feels like he took my money and disappeared. That's unprofessional, disappointing, and frankly disrespectful. I had been working with a company on plans for the event 6 weeks prior, but 3 weeks before the event, they suddenly realized that it was a Sunday and they don't cater on Sundays. Talk about frustrating! Add to that, April is wedding season in Orlando and it was Easter Sunday. Well, Chef Kelvin to the rescue. His communication was absolutely ideal. From first filling out the contact form on his website, I had fun picking out the menu items and he worked with me on ensuring there was a good variety and one of our allergies was kept in mind. He reached out the day before to confirm everything, and then was extremely communicative the day of. His staff was so pleasant, and they were all respectful and helpful the day of the event. Absolute ideal communication throughout the process for me. And THE FOOD! OMG! It was so good. We definitely had too much, which was my plan (I always prefer to have too much, running out is no fun at a party). We kept some of the leftovers at the rental and our local family (4 adults, 1 kid) took some home too and enjoyed them. We held the party on May 21, 2022, at your establishment, Stefanni Events. First and foremost, Yelitza, the lady taken care of us was completely unprofessional and rude. Yelitza, misspelled our daughters name when she gave it to the gentlemen doing the photo booth. The main doors for our guest to enter from broke off the hinges. Yelitza came out and at first tried to blame it on us. She quickly changed her tune when she arrived on scene and saw that no one at the party was capable of breaking the door. There was also a leak on the dance floor. My wife and I placed a garbage can underneath the leak. When Yelitza arrived, she removed the garbage can and the floor was wet. Making it a hazard for our guest and myself being a disabled veteran. It was a great inconvenience for our guest to move about the facilities due to the front entrance being closed off by her with no attempt to repair the door. Our quest had to use a side door that was slippery due to the rain. Yelitza has yet to respond to any of our emails, texts or phone calls.
