So this year we celebrated my husbands birthday the day before, the day of and the day after. We had amazing experiences, but neither day compared to the meal with chef Al of Lasalle Events. Chef Al was attentive in learning what my husband enjoys in a meal. He executed impeccably from the greeting (great wine) to the exit. He catered to every whim of my husband's taste buds and his appetite. The food was absolutely delicious, served at perfect temperature, and it was also picture perfect. What stood out to me was the freshness of the ingredients and harmony of the meal both in flavor and texture.
