But after that every follow-up email took longer and longer to get a response, and when I asked multiple times for an updated quote so I could move forward with a deposit and secure my date, I was completely ghosted. Unfortunately, it feels like he took my money and disappeared. That's unprofessional, disappointing, and frankly disrespectful.
