My family traveled from all over and met up in a VRBO in Orlando (9 adults, 5 kids) to celebrate my dad's 75th birthday. He wanted to have a party and since I love food, I volunteered to take care of the catering. I had been working with a company on plans for the event 6 weeks prior, but 3 weeks before the event, they suddenly realized that it was a Sunday and they don't cater on Sundays. Talk about frustrating! Add to that, April is wedding season in Orlando and it was Easter Sunday. Well, Chef Kelvin to the rescue. His communication was absolutely ideal. From first filling out the contact form on his website, I had fun picking out the menu items and he worked with me on ensuring there was a good variety and one of our allergies was kept in mind. He reached out the day before to confirm everything, and then was extremely communicative the day of. His staff was so pleasant, and they were all respectful and helpful the day of the event. Absolute ideal communication throughout the process for me. And THE FOOD! OMG! It was so good. We definitely had too much, which was my plan (I always prefer to have too much, running out is no fun at a party). We kept some of the leftovers at the rental and our local family (4 adults, 1 kid) took some home too and enjoyed them. Chef came prepared with takeaway boxes and was able to package it all up for us. Here's what we ordered with a bit of commentary :) - Lamb Chops (I adore lamb and this was so well executed. He confirmed desired temp and nailed it) - BBQ Pulled Pork (this was a party favorite!) - Chicken Wings (loved the crispy skin and sauce, so good) - Pop Corn Chicken Bites (super popular with everyone! And reheated really well) - Shrimp Skewers (more popular than I had expected!) - Garlic Mash (my husband keeps raving about this. It was fantastic) - Garlic Bread (bread is always good!) - Baked Mac & Cheese (fantastic fresh and amazing reheated in the oven) - Smoked Cream Corn (my favorite, this was SO GOOD) - Garden Salad (in retrospect not needed, but I wanted to provide something green haha!) Honestly do not hesitate - reach out to Chef Kelvin for your event. You will not be disappointed. I'm so glad my original plan didn't work out.

WOW what an incredible dinner experience!…read more We provided Chef Al with a rough idea of our dinner preferences along with a couple food allergies and he created a stunning menu in no time. He was also able to make adjustments as needed. The private dinner was absolutely phenomenal and delicious. Chef Al is no ordinary chef, you can tell he has some upscale culinary training and experience. The food was so delicious we didn't want to stop eating lol. Ahi with an incredible soy orange glaze over crispy wontons and Chilean sea bass cooked to perfection were just a couple of the highlights from our dinner. Chef Al is so great this was actually the second time we booked him! And his encore was just as incredible as the first private dinner he did for us last year. Super friendly and professional - would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for the perfect private dinner experience.

The food was the hit of the party, and Chef Joe and his team went above and beyond to entertain our guests while also preparing the food EXACTLY as we requested. When I first interacted with Chef Joe, I had a pretty good idea of how I wanted the food to be at my wedding, and he took it and ran with it! I asked that he have a table side demonstration of the food, and he was a STAR! All of my Guests thought this was the highlight of the meal, and it truly was. Best Caesar salad of my life!!! Chef Joe's team was on top of service, constantly refilling beverages, clearing plates, and making sure everyone had everything that they needed. They were on time, kind, and extremely organized and cleaned the kitchen better than they found it. I truly cannot say enough good things about Chef Joe and his team. I don't plan on ever getting married again, but if I did, I would hire Chef Joe. :)

I was about 25 minutes away, when I took my family here, and they were wondering where we were going, but let me tell you, they were not disappointed by the food, service and the surround area. When we arrived, it seemed like a downtown area that was kind of chill because it was a Tuesday early evening. Barely any traffic around and tons of open parking, especially right in front to the restaurant. From the front I noticed some funny signs, a patio that was wide open for seating, yard games and a nice cozy dive bar vibe. When we went inside, we were immediately greeted at the counter by our server. It was not busy, there was actually only one customer sitting at the bar. The bar has about 6 seats and has TVs to watch and the restaurant if filled with tons of cool Classic Rock pictures, memorabilia and quotes. It was just the vibe we needed to just hang as a family. The server allowed us to pick any table we wanted. We ordered margaritas. They were delicious. We also has the RIBS, okra, mac & cheese, potato salad, some greens, cornbread, brisket, grilled cheese sandwich and fries. EVERYTHING, including the SERVICE was on point; we left well fed, satisfied and happy we found this place to eat tonight. To walk off the food , there is a park right across the street. At the park you will find food trucks for dessert, like ice cream on a hot day. There's also a walking trail and a play ground for the kiddos. There was an area where people were fishing off the doc. I saw an area where people also get married and a facility for our veterans. I included some pictures of what I saw along my way after I left the restaurant for people looking for things to do in the area with a family and/or friends. If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend you stop by this restaurant for some good eats, drinks and just a place to relax and have a good time. There's also service is great and the area is filled with things to do afterwards. Thank me later.
