Coffee was pretty good. The coffee shop was nice and had sufficient seating. The service was quick.

Having visited the CC's off Esplanade, it was nice to go to a CC's in the actual quarter. The location is further down on Royal Street, away from the crowds and the typical bustling activity. I came here to order an iced coffee, which was solid and filled me with glee as we made our trek around the French Quarter. There was a lot of lovely artwork hung on the brick and other walls as we enjoyed our beverages. The service was reasonably expedient for the coffees. But there was a wait for the bathroom as there only seemed to be one for both genders/non-genders to use, so that was a few minutes. But oh well. Overall, it's a solid operation producing solid coffee drinks in a part of the French Quarter that is a lot more chill than say a couple of blocks over to Bourbon Street.

During our Two Chicks Walking Tour we stopped here for drinks, a bite and a potty stop. It was raining out and the place wasn't too busy as people went for shelter during the rain storm. They have 2 coed bathrooms. Both were clean and it was our fault there was a line. The drinks and bites were reasonably priced and all was good.

Whether you're fueling up for a long night during Mardi Gras or recovering after the aforementioned evening, CC's on Royal Street offers a selection of lattes, cappuccinos, and cafe au laits with a nice selection of alternate milks. Super friendly staff serve up iced and hot coffees alongside freshly baked pan au chocolate and other pastries. It's the perfect place for a quick/lite breakfast along a street packed with heavy brunch offerings. Start the day here and save the heavier fare for a later lunch - and enjoy shopping and gallery hopping along Royal street in between.

Stopped at this small coffee shop for water. Tried the lemon blueberry cookies. We went back (20 minute walk) for the cookies. They were amazing! The service was flat but sufficient. No issues with using the facilities. No weird looks. We spent money so whatever. May stop by again for cookies to go home.

Came here to get coffee on a hot summer day after walking around the french quarter for a while. The refreshing AC definitely reinvigorated me while inside. I ordered a cold brew which honestly wasn't too bad- sweet but not too sweet! Staff was generally friendly and bathrooms are locked to guests only. However, the staff forgot about my drink and I had to wait almost half an hour for my coffee, which was way too long.

If you want great coffee and maybe a pistachio muffin, then this is the place for you. Various coffees and snacks available of course. All delicious. Nice cozy little coffee house with little nooks and small tables to hang out at. Quaint typical French Quarter architecture, exposed brick and comfortable seating. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is counter service. So if you are in the neighborhood, you really should give this place a try. Or just get some to go, as do most folks here.

Stopped by here on a hot humid morning in Nola for morning brew while passing through the city with our dog. We called ahead and they said they were not only a dog friendly establishment but would even give her a pup cup. Cold brew was perfect for a 95 degree felt like 105 and 80% humidity weather. Very caffeinated and chilled enough to keep you cool.

I came here in June on vacation in French Quarter. The hot coffees are good and it's a good place to get some cold bottles of water.

Go for the beignets and stay for the people watching. Like the food court at the Mall of America's, you'll see every walk of life come to Cafe Du Monde. I had the chance to come back to the city last weekend, when a good friend from my Italy days was in town for a conference. I was able to meet her to explore the city for a day, and we of course had to make room for beignets and Cafe du Monde. We almost settled for one of the locations at an indoor mall, but we stuck out a 20-30 min walk from where we were to make it to the original at the French Quarter. Since it was just two of us, we were able to get seated pretty quickly even though there was an expected Saturday morning line. I am also glad my friend had cash because they STILL only accept cash for payment. No credit cards, which is wild at any US establishment nowadays. We also tried to only order one plate of beignets (come in a set of 3) and one coffee each but the server came back with two beignet plates and coffees. $20 with tax included! The beignets themselves were scrumptious, warm, and delicious ofcourse. So I suppose worth any inconvenience that we may have experienced. However, the tables are left incredibly messy. It is true that our server did wipe off our table before we sat down but it is embarrassing to see patrons create such a mess to begin with.

The coffee? Strong enough to fix your life. The service? Warm, attentive, and somehow psychic--they just knew when we needed refills or another mimosa (which, for the record, felt less like a drink and more like a lifestyle choice). My last review was in 2020, and I'm happy to report that the quality and atmosphere remain top notch. Whether you are looking for a morning pick up or an evening wind-down, this spot covers all the bases. Their beignets and coffee are a classic must have, and I can personally vouch for their Americano. It is consistently well made and delicious. They also have a great selection of beer and cocktails if you're looking for something a bit stronger. What really sets this place apart, though, is the hospitality. We have always had great interactions with the staff, but a special shout out goes to Jimmy, whom we met this past week. He was incredibly kind and hospitable, truly making us feel right at home.
