2 Stars is fitting overall. I don't know how this place has the reviews it does, I genuinely was…read moreexcited to see the community pour so many thoughtful reviews but now I'm not sure. I paid over $450 to assess why my air wasn't cooling at a expected rate Ex: 20 minutes to just become slightly cooler & then barely cool once it finally gets there. This did not include dyes to check for leaks, this didn't add refrigerant (apparently was pretty under utilized for a 2015 car, which may be a clue in itself since I've never had this serviced), this didn't charge fans, this didn't change filters, fluids, this was strictly a "diagnostic" fee. The next step was to add dyes and maybe check into the condenser & compressor .. which wasn't made clear if that had been assessed for performance or not. I don't know what that would have cost! I didn't get further communication on this. My air is still not performing or improved, as I'd hope and I'm out near $500. I've been going to this place over the last 6 years for here and there services. I've mostly been fine with those minor services but the price is definitely steeper than others in the area. I didn't mind because as the reviews would show - they don't press and harass you to do more .. and I figured they likely have an edge in quality based on reviews (I do lack experience with mechanics). Either way, I have tried numerous times to get my records from this business so that I could keep track of my oil changes and services, as well as to have in hand the record of the air conditioning diagnostics already performed ...so that I can actually fix the issue. To which voicemails have not provided any call backs, one time I got through to a nice woman (do not recall name), told her what I was looking for, she said to call "Donna" (manager I believe) at another number .. so I do that, speak with Donna twice asking for this information, she takes name & number and says she'll get back to me, still I wait, weeks go by, nothing. It's just unprofessional. Over it.

Hyundai service basically wanted to replace the entire unit to the tune of about $4K. Asked Tim and Wayne of Saville's to have a look to see if they could figure it out. After determining system was fully charged and not leaking, they diagnosed that it was a bad blower resistor. After a run-around from the Hyundai dealer in getting the resistor, Wayne found another source for the part. They installed and the A/C has been working perfectly for the past month...and the bill was less than $1K! These guys have gotten an A+ from me in the past for not only their knowledge, but more importantly my trust in their work and guidance. They've never given me any indication that they're feeding me a line of BS or trying to upsell me, and they always keep me in the loop with anything they encounter. They've definitely earned my future business and my highest recommendation!

Believe it or not, I heard about this place through my wife. She's always the one online looking…read morefor "reviews" and "deals", I used to be " awe lets just go to the dealer" to fix everything kind of guy. She went here a few times for some basic repairs on her BMW X3 when the dealer wanted to charge an arm and a leg for some basic maintenance. They were really great with scheduling and customer service. The head mechanic and owner took time to talk to us and help us understand what the problem was and what options we had. They made us feel very comfortable and confident in their abilities. Also what they charged for parts and labor were a fraction of what the dealer wanted. I was sold, I needed some work on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and I decided to give these guys a try for myself. I wanted to add a lift and got a quote from my dealer first, Absolut did it for about a third of the cost and in less than half the time! Since then I went back to the dealer to do an oil change and was very disappointed at how long it took and then the insane amount of pressure and intimidation they use to try and up sell you. They tell you that your car is basically a death trap unless you let them replace your breaks, flush your transmission, change all your fluids or fix your engine. I couldn't take it anymore. So now for all our car needs we go to these guys. If you have a question just call them and talk to Danny or Todd or any of those guys and you will immediately understand. I've never been pressured to do anything from these guys and they always give me options. I've even asked them to order something for me that I realized I didn't need later, I called them back and they fixed it, no guilt and no problem. Bottom line, they earned the trust of my family and I recommend them to everyone.

I found 95 Auto Service through my auto warranty. (Of course, my warranty didn't cover these repairs). It's crazy that my former mechanic of 30 years had replaced the manifold catalytic converter twice - 07/2024 and 05/2025. Of course, the engine light came back on 05/2026. I keep a diagnostic device in my car when I get warnings on my car. Of course, my readings were always P0420. Ephrem with 95 Auto told me that he had the same P0420 reading and said that the car needed another catalytic converter. That makes this the THIRD manifold catalytic converter replacement. Please note that I did a Google search about this issue, and I found that Hyundai Tucson's have issues with their manifold catalytic converters. In any case, after FOUR manifold catalytic converter replacements (yes, I said 4), 95 Auto Service was able to find the root cause as to why I was burning through these converters. Unfortunately, the root cause does not provide a diagnostic code. So, the team at 95 Auto had to go through EVERY component to locate the problem. Happy to say that 95 Auto solved the problem . . . for now - HEYYYY, it's a Hyundai! lol Needless to say, I have reported this to Hyundai Corp. Now I have to get the roof panel repainted but at least Hyundai will cover this.

Hope their alignment job is a good one since there's no way for me to judge.
