Gave this place a try since my regular nail salon was super busy and couldn't fit me in. I'll never make the mistake of coming here again. Didn't feel welcomed and my pedicure was rushed when the salon wasn't super busy. It's a nice and new nail salon, but that's about it. I get my nails done for the experience, relaxation, and quality of service, none of which I was able to receive here. There are plenty of nail salons in the area to choose from. I came in for a Pedicure and as soon as I sat down she started trying to get me to have all these other services done, which I wasn't really wanting anything else but she kept on telling me that if I didn't pay more i wouldn't get good service, that if I would pay her more she would give me good service. 1st Red Flag I guess.. anyway so she would get started I agreed to do the feet wax. So she handed me a color chart & told me to pick a color & I did. this was Literally the WORST pedicure I have ever had done, she didn't cut my nail, file them or even soak & scrub my feet. All she done was put my feet in a baggie for about 3 minutes that had maybe 1/4 cup of wax in it, not even enough to cover my feet, just barely the bottom, then she put my feet in the water, dried them & started painting them. This whole process took about 10 minutes & she said she was Done! I had to ask her to file a couple of my toenails to even them out, which she acted like I was asking her for a million dollars & to perform a miracle. Then she started trying to get me to let her wax my eyes. I said No Thanks, after that wonderful Pedicure I couldn't of handled her messing up my eyes. So I went to pay and handed her my credit card & she had charged me $60. I went off on her & told her she was going to put my money back on my Card & I would pay her the price that was listed. i said how in the world did you come up with a Pedicure costing $60.00 & she started telling me it was because I had picked out a Jell color and it was more... I told her I didn't care I wasn't paying that much, that she should of told me it was going to be more. So at this point i'm waiting to see if my money goes back on my card & I paid her cash. Then her & the gentleman working there started telling me that I did that on purpose just to get Jell paint for free. I was like y'all are crazy, how was I suppose to even know it was a different type of nail polish, you just handed me a color wheel & told me to pick out a color. They went on & on saying I was stealing from them and that they hoped I could sleep at night after coming in there & stealing from them like that. I was in total shock!! I was trying to leave because they where beyond crazy and the lady took my picture on her phone and I said please delete that, I didn't give you permission to take my photo and then she tried saying she didn't take my picture (which I clearly seen her do) and I said well let me see, and she started in on me again saying she couldn't believe I would steal from her & accuse her of something she didn't do, so I said well let me see your phone pictures to prove you didn't take my picture and she was like okay and as she walked up to me she deleted it..lol (I watched her as she delete it and her phone made a beep as she did it) I just started laughing & said well I guess it's off your phone now since you deleted it. There was someone else there also that seen her take the picture & delete it, she said she watched her do it, so at that time she got really mad being caught & tried to get the man coworker to join in on me & the lady accusing us & saying they hope we can't sleep at night stealing from them & all this crap, at this point they have followed me outside because I was trying to leave and I finally just said I will sleep wonderful tonight and before I go to sleep I will be Praying for the both of you because clearly there is something wrong with the both of you. So Please avoid this place or use caution if you decide to use them for their services. Getting a nice pedicure at the beach is a real treat. Sadly it was anything but a treat at CC nails. Zero special treatment, isn't that what we want at the spa? Pick my color sent back to a chair, set up the massage and ease my feet into freezing ass cold water. What? I have neuropathy cold water is my nemesis. But I don't need to explain that, the water needs to be hot at least warm. Girl comes over immediately starts buffing off my polish, no hello, is water ok, nothing. Someone yells in Chinese from front of spa and she's gone, an appointment has arrived for her. So I sit for 5 or so minutes with my icy water, half ground off polish, no idea, no one tells me a thing. A sad girl slides over asks me where is my color, it's right in front of her, I point it out. She asks me to put my feet in I say, it's very cold. She begins to overfill the full basin. It becomes medium cool. That's fine for her. I'm really over the whole bad experience. It goes downhill from here. Fastest polish job ever. Chose two color combo, she slaps on bottom color doesn't wait and tops it off then adds a top coat , no toe spacers. If I could give negative stars I would. Not because of the job they did on my nails, but because of the racist/classist owner. I got married this past weekend and I was running around doing a million last minute things to get ready for my special day. On Friday, September 25, 2015 I called CC and made an appointment for two mani/pedis. These two appointments were supposed to be for me and my African American bridesmaid. They were supposed to be at 1:30pm. We arrived at 1:35pm and there were four of us. (2 black girls, 2 white girls) My aforementioned bridesmaid ran into the shop first because her #1 priority was getting me ready for the rehearsal dinner. She was told that there would be about a 30 minute wait. She said, "Ok then I don't need to do my toes. That way we can all get our nails and maybe it will be a little faster." When I walked into the shop after her, the owner took the time to apologize and tell me that she would've called to say they were running behind but she didn't have my phone number. 1) Why is it the white girl gets an apology but the black girl doesn't? They had two pedicure chairs open up and the owner pointed at me and my sister and told us to go back to the chairs. My bridesmaid took it in stride because after all, my sister was matron of honor, so if I was #1 priority my sister would be #2. I was shocked that the owner assumed that the two white girls had made appointments but the black girls had not. 2) Why did you assume? Why didn't you just ask which two girls had appointments? I know that it was the owner because she walked me back to my chair and I asked her if she was. She said yes. I introduced myself and asked her if she knew my mother-in-law and she said she did. If you don't believe me, give me a call 269-420-9889. That's my personal cell phone. Yes I know it's crazy to post it openly on the internet like this but I don't care. That's how much I dislike this woman and her business practices. My sister and I were sitting there and our feet were in the water and there were two chairs open next to us so the owner asked my two black friends if they wanted to sit back there. They said sure and all of us thought that was nice, especially when only one of them wanted a pedicure. But then we waited and waited and waited...and the one black girl who wanted a pedicure never got water in the foot bowl. We figured she was busy so we didn't say anything. THEN the owner came back and told my two black friends to go back to the waiting room. We were all like wtf? It made no sense. She gave no explanation. We didn't understand. I thought, "Well maybe there are two pedicure appointments and she needs the chairs." BUT SHE NEVER FILLED THOSE TWO CHAIRS AGAIN THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS GETTING MY PEDICURE. 3) Why didn't you want my friend's money? She wanted a pedicure and you had open chairs. I was horrified. I had recommended this place, dragged people there, assured them that they take walk-ins.....so at the time when I was supposed to be relaxing I was holding back tears and worrying about my friends in the lobby. My bridesmaid tried to ask the owner what happened and she ignored her. It was crazy. 4) Why do you think it's ok to ignore a potential customer? Because you're busy and you figure you don't need her? My friends left OBVIOUSLY and I would have too - had it been any other day. I just needed to get this done for my WEDDING. So I sat there trying not to cry and then I moved to the nail station and did the same thing while my fiancee had to borrow a car to pick them up and take them to another shop. As soon as I walked out I burst into tears and my sister had to calm me down. I asked her if she thought it was a racist thing and she said, "No doubt absolutely." The crazy part is when I asked my friends what they thought they said, "You know, there were other black people in the shop so I don't know if it was because we are black. I think it was because we are black and we look so bad. We haven't done our hair for a few days and the humidity is making it really nappy, plus our clothes are dirty because we were just working on the flowers. So maybe she just didn't think we were classy enough to be there." 5) It's a NAIL SHOP. Who do you think you are owner? Customers should be able to walk in wearing their pyjamas if they want to! Don't treat people differently based upon appearance. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER go back. Also, I drive for Uber and all summer I recommended this place to tourists who were looking for a good place to go. Not anymore! Some of you are probably thinking that I should've had a nail party, booked in advance, etc etc....well all I can say is IF YOU CAN'T ACCOMODATE WALK-INS, YOU SHOULD SAY SO! I took my daughter in law in so we could get our nails and toes done. They seated me and not her. I told them she had brain cancer and I needed to assist her. They never offered us anything to drink , they rushed us through, and after they painted our toes, they told us that they didn't have the gel color to match our toes? WHAT?! I've never heard of such a thing. She got a decent manicure, mine was the worst I've ever had in 40 years. They were overpriced and under skilled. This last time I went in it was semi busy and was not even acknowledged. I sat and waited until someone finally came up to ask what I wanted. I had the fastest, most unenjoyable pedicure I ever had there. I paid 55.00 plus tip and will have to get my husband to grind the calluses off my heels when I get home. Not sure about going back. My friend and I have been going for pedicures since they opened. At first everyone was friendly and chatted with you. Now they barely greet you and rarely talk to you at all during the service, no smiling. They talk among themselves. One time the polish was dripping from my one toe. I had them get the nail tech twice to fix it before I left and she wasn't nice about it. They keep pushing you to get gel that you don't want. The last nail tech left my friend sitting in the chair when she was done and told her to sit there while he did someone else's nails. She finally walked barefooted to the drying area and put her own sandals on. That was the last straw, there are plenty of other nail salons in North Myrtle Beach where we will take our business. This women was extremely rude to the staff and owner and they tried everything they could to make her happy but she was a miserable person. He is absolutely fantastically the Best Nail Technician I've had since retiring to SC! The person doing my nails was in such a hurry that he burned me with the drill TWICE, and finally I had to tell him to stop being so quick and rough or he was going to draw blood. He also left polish all the way around my cuticles and didn't finish filling in acrylic in some places. Then when I went to get my brows waxed, I couldn't even get my head all the way down on the table before the woman was slinging wax all over my face and in my hair. She didn't ask me how I liked them or what I wanted, so of course she took off WAY too much. I only wanted them cleaned up, but she didn't even take the time to ask me or brush them out before she just started ripping away. Therefore they came our way too thin for my liking. I refused to pay for the brows, but they offered me no reparations for what they did. Everyone is just in a rush to get you out the door and collect your money. Very poor customer service. read more

The shop is very clean and decor is very modern. They will offer you a water or a beverage upon your arrival. I love that the TV is NOT blaring...mentioned to the owner that it'd be nice to have softer music instead of the club sound to add to the atmosphere as well. Really like Tony & Taylor, the owners and very pleased that they are doing so well in their first few months! They have since added more staff to help with the new customers and a receptionist that helps set appointments, but I still think it's best to set an appointment. I had to wait for an extra 10 minutes past my appointment time. They have an expanded "spa menu" that include a hot stone pedicure so it's more than just your run of the mill mani/pedi place ;)) read more

I went there are they charge you 30 dollars just for a gel-Polish on your toes. When I asked to speak to a manager they brought the manager told someone else to come. They have a small menu and the receptionist never let told us about it. They don't have any signs up to show any prices. They never helped me. They never tell you when they will charge you until it's time to pay. If you're not Myrtle beach and your just visiting this is not a place that you go. Let me preface by saying i've been coming here for about 4-5 years, since they first opened. Since then, the service has exponentially gotten worse. I went for a full set of acrylic nails. I wanted normal clear acrylic and gel polish. I was given (dip powder)? colored weird acrylics instead. The shape was absolutely awful. The actual nail part with the acrylic was BENDY. Must not have cured enough or just been awful product. I could literally bend the nail in half. To be clear; I did not notice that part until about a week later. However, TWO days (yes 2) after I got my nails done, four of them had already broken off. The chrome effect added on top already started chipping. The rest were barely hanging on. I PAID $85 FOR THIS. By 5 days later, they looked absolutely terrible. As of a few days ago, I seem to have also developed some sort of infection in my nail bed. I have not been anywhere else and there would be absolutely no other reason for me to have an infected nail bed. I'm livid that I paid $85 for awful nails and an infection. Avoid this place at all costs. My four year loyalty couldn't save me from awful products and dirty tools. read more

I have been a client of this business for over a year. I won't be going back. I know that Covid has made it very hard financially on all small businesses but what I experienced yesterday was insulting. Despite repeated requests, products that drove the cost of my service up kept being used. They also quote a price for a service and then in small print say $15 charge for shaping of nails!! How can you put on a full set and not shape them?! I don't think that the guy that was taking care of me realized that I could understand some of the things that he was saying. I've been to CC Nails twice now and never been satisfied with my nails and experience afterwards. Only good thing is how fast they are. After ONE WEEK two of my nails had fallen off/chipped. I have a desk job and my nails typically last 3 weeks. I had plenty of air bubbles in my gel nails. When I got back to Wilmington my nail salon was shocked at how bad they were and couldn't believe how poorly my nails were done. She had to replace 4 different nails, not including the 2 that messed up already. Bottom line: if you want something quick that won't even last a week go here, but it you actually wanna get your moneys worth and enjoy your nails.... GO ELSE WHERE!!! read more

"Therapeutic pedicure" is about 12 minutes long! 12 minutes for less than mediocre service = $38. Less than satisfied!
