Wish I could give this place 0 stars. I wanted a simple pedicure and from the minute I walked in I was being pushed into gel products on my toes and even my freshly done dip nails. Couldn't even enjoy my pedicure with my friend because I was being convinced to buy more expensive things the entire time. My pedicure looked horrible. My friend didn't even get a top coat on her pedicure. Finally I agreed to get gel nails, asking if they could take my dip powder off first. They did not, but instead PAINTED OVER MY DIP POWDER with gel even tho I specifically asked him to remove it numerous times. It looks horrible. I went here for my birthday, because my mother and grandma are locals of sunset beach and they highly recommended that me and my friend went to CC nails .. I called ahead and the guy on the phone said they weren't busy and I informed him that we would be there in 15 min , when we arrived he found us both artist the artist my friend got didn't give her quite what she wanted but they turned out well my friend quoted "they are so rough" they made her fingers bleed... The artist I got rushed my nails I asked for a full set coffin shape he decided what length to give me and he didn't quite get the coffin shape as coffin as I would like .. it took him a total of 20 min to do a full set ... he walked away and didn't tell me if he was done or not so I was unaware wether to stay in the seat or not , my friend was still in her seat and all she got was a fill in and polish . Overall it was a quick visit not really busy until 11:00-11:30 I recommend going if you're in a rush to get your nails done but if you can help it go somewhere that won't rush your nails !! read more

So went it at 6:15 pm and wanted to get a mani - not gel just mani and girl said ok -gave me the colors and was looking for mint green - so she pulled one out by her desk and I said ok - what is the difference between this brand and opi -she got up and walked over and got opi. I was just asking the question, felt very rushed, then found out, she was getting her stuff together and left within 5 minutes -she was heading out the door - then she said someone else can do you, so a nice guy helped me and explained that they really do not use opi. then he proceeded to do my mani - asked why not gel -told him -in and out and not feasible at this time -plus I wanted to see how they did. used same clippers as the person before, I saw that and for $25.00, all he did is cut a little cuticles, sand a little, paint and charge me. No lotion, no wash your hands no nothing. I told him when we were done and he said you do not have to give me a tip, I said, no I am a kind person, you did good, but these things I was surprise that you did not do, he just looked at me :(. seems like if your not doing gel - forget it, they do not want your business, so sad, do not recommend them at all :( read more

I get hard gel nails. This is not cheap and I am aware of this. When I was out of town and decided to use this product the spa I was at prepared my nails, made sure I understood some of the nuances of this product. I was actually at that first appointment longer than expected because the tech was making sure my nails looked amazing. On to my experience here. I walked in and Sar down but immediately my phone rang. I had to take the call, I stood up and said sorry I have to take this. They already knew what service I wanted. The tech that was going to help me is talking to me while I was trying to quickly finish my call and hurrying me to his station. He filed my nails, did a required repair, used superglue on areas that were slightly lifting vs chipping it back further. Within 30 minutes I was done, I had a French and he didn't use a pink base so you can see the fill lines, he didn't clean under my nails, no hand washing, no lotion, not even a 10 Seco d arm and hand rub. He put on cuticle oil and says ok your done. I proceeded to help myself to some of the lotion that was there at his station. My bill for a hard gel fill and french $75. No welcoming services above and beyond. It's a pretty place but I can't recommend. read more

Everyone in this salon is so nice and accommodating!!! They are very clean and they use the liners for the pedicure bowls.The pedicure is awesome and they always deliver exactly what I ask for. All I need to do is bring them a pic and they will recreate it. I requested coffin shape nails, ombre French and crystals with Zach and he did an amazing job!!!! worst nail salon ever. we are here on vacation from chicago and i took my daughter and 2 stepdaughters here for their mani and pedis. worst experience ever. i had to take my daughter back the next day after her 2 nails that were supposed to be no chip popped right off not even an hour after them being done!!!! now 3 days later my stepdaughters nails are all peeling off!!! they did not file the tops of their nails before using the gel and they are all peeling. going back again to have this fixed. absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. this will be our third time going back to have nails fixed because they didnt do anything right thr first time. sloppy polish paint job amd butched toe nail painting. i could have done better myself. paid $240 for garbage ass nails at this place. do not ever go here. awful awful awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if i could give 0 stars i would read more

I am not one to write a review but I do not want to see people waste their money as my family did. We went to the salon on 7/3/2022, there were 6 of us. None of us had anything added to our water just warmish water. None of our feet was properly scrubbed nor were the nails cleaned or the cuticles pushed back or trimmed. We were none in the chair any longer than 20 mins other than my daughter she had to wait 20 mins or better for a tech and that was after we had already made appointments. My son and his wife actually got the $55 pedicure and it was a joke. No lotion added to our feet and legs after they were finished nor were anyone's feet or legs massaged at all. Actually my big toenails have ached terrible since we went. Called to speak to the manager to complain but they were not in. Spoke to a young guy that was to have someone to call me. They do a great job on nails, but rude service. If you're looking for a friendly girls day go somewhere else. Not friendly towards children either. I'm currently giving them three stars because of the work they did on my acrylics. It's basically what I asked for, but most of the nails are crooked. When asking for what you want, do expect them to be rude about it. Say you want a special shape of nail (for example I asked for almond shape) they're going to contradict the length and decide for themselves what they're going to do. If you ask for it your way they will huff at you. Not a pleasant trip for me, and poor experience for my sister's first time getting her nails done. read more

I brought my special needs daughter, who is 13. I made an appt for a full set for her and a spa pedi for me. My appt was for 11am, and I wrote an extensive note when booking the appt. First, they did not with her... Like my daughter is some freak of a second class citizen. Second, they did NOT do the full set that I booked AND told them when I got there, and when they got her. Third, they only used pink, when my daughter ALWAYS uses pink AND purple. also told the tech, nail atrt for 2 fingers on each hand. This wasnt done at all. This caused my daughter to full out loudly scream and cry after coming to me. I did not get to finish my pedicure, because they made my cry. My daughter does not do this for a moment and stop... IT LASTS HOURS TO DAYS... Like a continuing PTSD episode to being disrespected. The tech i with me about finishing the pedicure.... And tried to insist i pay for a service that wasn't completed due to an employees incompetence. I asked for a manager, but she REFUSED to come talk to me. I paid $31 and left. I brought my daughter to another company... One who didn't treat her like an unimportant object, and treated her like a person... Worthy of their time. It was as great that they were able to fit in our group at really short notice but the guy that I got rushed through the whole pedicure. Barely trimmed back the cuticles, paid no attention to my ingrown nails, & barely massages my calves at all. Everyone else in my group was still being helped when I was sent to sit up front to dry. I decided to get a pedicure after 10 weeks without one. I guess I should've read the reviews before going here. I paid for a deluxe pedicure, not worth it ($40). The guy that did my pedicure answered his cellphone and then rushed through the rest of the service. He barely removed the dead cuticle skin. When he did remove the cuticle skin, he caused pain. Also, the gel came off one of my toes within 7 hours and I had to file the sharp edges down. Now, I have to pay to get a polish change. The only good parts were the massage chair and hot stones. read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I went in with a picture of a simple yin yang design. First of all, they didn't do the design right and it looked like blobs. Second, I literally had to go home and paint OVER what they did. They used dip powder on my nail, then gel, then regular polish for the design. None of the colors matched at all. I proceeded to ask them to match the colors, and it simply turned out awful. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who wants anything besides a single color. read more

Worst nail salon I have ever been to and that is not an exaggeration. My boyfriend and I were hassled from the moment we walked in. We were being pushed to buy one of their deluxe/overpriced pedicure packages. The man doing my toes became UPSET WHENEVER I WOULDN'T GET GEL ON MY NAILS. I told him I just wanted the acrylic and gel taken off so that my nails could get back to their natural state and breathe. He became rude when I wouldn't appease him and buy all of the things he was suggesting. He also argued with me that gel is just "polish" and won't hurt your nails. He then tried to take off my acrylic/gel nails with ANOTHER ACRYLIC NAIL HE HAD. I asked him if he could just just acetone (as most nail places usually do) and he continued trying to pry them off himself until I made him stop it hurt so bad. He left my nails jagged and with acrylic still on. I had to cut them down myself whenever I got home. Just don't go here unless you want to be pushed and made to feel VERY uncomfortable. My daughter got dipped nails and I got a pedicure and the service and product were terrible! The pedicure lasted about 15 minutes and she didn't massage my legs or feet at all. My nail polishes Chipped within the first week! My daughter got dipped nails and there were divets in most of the nails. They began to break within the first week and she had get them removed. I wanted polish not gel on my toes. The tech was pushing gel. I got the world's fastest pedicure, no t op coat and was rushed out the second the brush was back in the bottle. (Even though there were several empty chairs). Needless to say, I was smudged before I hit the car. I had to go to Walmart and buy a top coat. The good news is that my nails were still wet and the top coat fixed the smudge. Tech wax so rushed she could not be bothered to clean up the smudges around my cuticle. Went in with a group of 3 and was told it would be a 30 minute wait for our pedicures and took our number and asked us to wait in the car. I thought that seemed fair. 30 minutes later they called us inside just to have us sit down inside for another 30 minutes. We're now an hour into our supposed 30 minute wait time when they say they can finally seat us, but on 2 different sides and not all together. One of the girls in our group asked if it was possible for us to be seated together and was told no, and then our seats again. As we sat down and they were filling up the water for me, who sat alone on the other side, a man got up and a seat opened up next to my group. If that is the case and he was almost done, why not offer us a few more minutes wait so we could sit together like we requested? We had already waited an hour, what's a few more minutes? The girl who sat down to do my pedicure asked for my color and began taking my gel off, then asked what kind of pedicure I wanted. No small talk, straight business which was fine too, up until it took her 15 minutes to do what I had waited an hour for. I got up and paid, $46 by the way for 15 minutes of service and a basic pedicure because "you got gel". My group was still seated and jerking their feet away because they kept getting cut and nicked. One of their techs even kept texting and took a facetime call all while doing her nails. Overall thoroughly unimpressed to wait an hour for a $50 (after tip) 15 minutes of not relaxing or rejuvenating pedicure. I will not be coming back. read more

My grandmother and I came here during the summer to have a fun girls day. I was getting acrylics and a pedicure (my grandmother was getting a manicure and pedicure) We get our toes done first and they were pushing us to get a gel so we decided we would. Worst decision ever!!! The nails looked nice for the first few weeks but when you go to take these off they do not come off. My two big toes are ruined from whatever they used on it, because they certainly added something else while they were doing them.
