There was a fairly large family in the shop and appeared they were all getting nails, I'm talking new sets. Maybe 5 or 6 sets with only 3, techs to do them. And it appeared they hadn't been there long. Needless to say we never got started until 1/2 hour after our scheduled appointment, Which made us late for our next appointment. I get that you don't want to turn down walk ins, but don't make your clients that schedule an appointment late. Not good for business. I may try again, perhaps a different day.

Unfortunately, my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. I was placed with someone new, and the quality of service was not up to standard at all. My nails were mishandled, a couple of them were actually hurt during the process, and to make matters worse, I was cut during my pedicure. That should never happen. I chose to pay for my service and leave without causing a scene because I try to handle things respectfully. I didn't leave a tip due to the experience, which I felt was reasonable given what happened. What's even more upsetting is that when I tried to call afterward to speak with the owner privately and explain the situation, I discovered that my phone number had been blocked. That's incredibly unprofessional and dismissive, especially for a paying, long-time customer simply trying to address a concern. I'm sharing this not to create drama, but because customer service and basic respect matter. Situations like this should be handled with accountability, not avoidance.

Having several dip polish done over the past ten years, I knew what to expect. Several steps in the process were skipped, such as no primer or base white, no filling, and I was not allowed to rinse my hands before he applied the topcoat, which was a gel coat and not what I was used to. Also, the shape I requested was not what I got. He was a bit rough with my hands, jerking them a lot, and no lotion was applied, and when I mentioned that the filling was too hot, he said "sorry" but kept at it with no change.
