I have been a loyal customer @ adore nails, since before new owners took over several years ago. I used to see the owner Lieu, but being that she seldom does pedicures, and was somewhat tough to schedule with last minute, due to her full schedule, I started seeing Lucy! They are both wonderful techs. I'm extremely picky, and I always get the gel mani/reg. pedi. Lucy always shapes my almond shaped nails perfectly. Super friendly staff and very clean! The place is very cheap, however, you get what you pay for. As for the style and application of dip powder, it was very nice. After looking at my nails later on, you can see bubbles on them. As well as dip all over my fingers. read more

This place was much better than the last two nail places I tried with my partner in this area. The guy who was working on her seemed new, but a more experienced worker took over and finished up nicely. For the price the service wasn't too bad, but still not the quality we were looking for. We came here after being recommended by a friend and while we weren't disappointed we were a little underwhelmed. The only thing keeping this place from being 3 stars or less is the friendly staff and the price of the service compared to the other places we've been. I'll keep looking for a better place in the area but so far this is the best. read more

Not at all happy with my visit today!!! My pictures will tell the story, but if all possible ONLY sit with NIA or the owner TINA! I have sat with just about everyone else and they suck! Sorry, but my nails are crooked, bumpy, and just shaped horribly. When I asked him to fix the shape I think he said "No, nothing wrong. They look ok!" He spoke very softy and had a surgical mask on so who the hell knows!!! All I know is I paid $25 for fill with gel polish and if it weren't for me going out of town later this evening I would go back tomorrow and have them take these off and start me fresh FOR FREE!!! Found this nail salon by accident, I was a walk in, they have many nail techs, and all seem great! Justin did mine and I couldn't be happier! I went here to get a manicure and pedicure. The nails were ok but not as good for what i payed and i went to the doctors a week later and found out they gave me a staff infection on my toe after cutting it when i told them not too. read more

A few of my coworkers recommended this place, and I personally started using this nail salon about 6 months ago. I love it and they give amazing pedicures!!! My fingernails are always left smooth and even, and the polish lasts at least 2 weeks. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The designs are superb. 5 stars! read more

I have used Adore nails for the past few years and have faithfully scheduled and visited for service every 2 weeks. I always schedule my nails with Lieu and my pedicure with Lucy. Yesterday when I arrived Bobby who runs the desk said Lucy doesn't work Mondays when I checked in to get my nails done so I agreed to schedule an appointment for the following morning to come back today at 10 am to have my feet done by Lucy. So Lieu did my nails yesterday and I left to come back this morning for my 10 am appointment. At 9:57 Bobby who runs the desk called to verify I was coming for my 10 Am appointment and I told him I'm almost there that I was on my way. I walked in the door at 10:02 and Lucy had a lady in her nail desk chair. Bobby run the water for my pedicure and said she would be right with me. I set there till after 10:30 and she was still working on the ladies nails that I'm sure was a walk in and that is why Bobby called me to verify I was coming forward my 10 am appointment. At 10:36 I asked the girl working on a another clients feet for a towel. I dried my feet and walked to the front to be stopped by Bobby once again and he said no no she can do it for you now and Leiu said no no Lucy's coming now. At this point Lucy still had a lady in her nail chair finishing up and I had waited over 30 minute. I explained that I had a 10 am appointment and waited well over 30 minutes that my time as a customer was valuable as well and that I was not happy with the fact that they worked in another client clear instead of looking at the importance of keeping a faithful clients appointment time. I can understand a 5 or 10 minute delay but over 30 minutes is unacceptable. As a business owner myself this was definitely poor customer service and lack of respect for a loyal client. read more

Besides being in a sketchy part of town, this is one of the WORST nail experiences I have ever had in my entire life. I wanted SNS dip powder. The woman told me my nails were too short and told me I would have to either get an acrylic set or put a tip on to do the powder. I told her a tip was fine, even though my nails were a decent length. After waiting almost 45 minutes, I was put in a chair with one woman and transferred to another who completely rushed the entire thing. She cut me several times and jerked my arm back and forth instead of asking me to come closer and move back. Now I'm out $30 and have crooked, uneven, and bulky acrylic looking nails and I am so unhappy with this experience. This place is disgusting and you all should be ashamed of the service you gave me and others. read more

Had an appointment, they were busy and asked me to come back the next day after I had been there for over half hour. Then had appointment and waited till owner cleaned up to start morning. Had a 9:00 am appointment, owner didn't show up to open shop till 9:40, she fell asleep. Called for an appointment, she'll have to check and call me back, doesn't take my number or ever call me back from caller ID, guess she doesn't need business. If I could give less stars if possible due to this experience, this is my 2nd time here and WON'T go back nor will I recommend anyone to this place! I go in for a gell fill this morning, I don't like the color, I tell her, we change it but she says "are you sure, don't want you changing it again!" then, I show her the design I want.....and she does a half ass design similar to what I requested! I leave and run errands. Later I look at them closer, I have bubbles in my Polish the square shape isn't square, they are thicker here and there funny shaped, you can see through my Polish, so I call them, they say to come back over. I do, I'm told to tell the same lady what was wrong, she still isn't listening to me, she files the shape again, fixes the bubbles, BUT it's MY fault they have the bubbles because I held it too close to the light and still doesn't do what I wanted. I'm paying you and tipped you earlier for a bad full job but that's my fault too u guess!! You can't expect people to pay for a shitty job, I work with my hands and people HAVE to see them, I have to see them and when I'm paying for quality I'd like it......so good luck to whomever goes here let's hope you don't get the same woman I did....who mind you was a temp.fill in for the 2 top nails techs who were on vacation.....poor choice on their part, look forward to more complaints and bad reviews!!!
