There are a handful that are always smiling and always ask if they can help you as you walk around and they see you. Pretty well stocked for general items. Seasonal item areas on this visit were empty shelves on aisles as they switch to holiday items from summer outdoor items. Prices are comparable to other craft stores, not always the cheapest. Since all items are price lsticker label tagged, the prices can vary on the same item. So check through the packages or items, there might be a lower price tag. Cashiers need to either memorize what's on sale or check their sales list, so I've noticed i don't always get the sale price. Always check your receipts. Location is convinient for when I'm running errands at the mall, but it's not always my go to craft store. Store is always clean as well as having clean restrooms. You need a pass code to use the bathrooms.

Our consultant was assisting a customer with what appeared to be a small purchase when another individual walked in and asked a question. We watched as he proceeded to assist the other customer until 35 minutes after our scheduled start time. At that point we walked out. During this time we asked another one of the Sincere team members if they could assist and were told we had to wait for our designer. No effort was made to take care of us. No one offered an update on when we would finally have our appointment. To add insult to injury, the AC was not working and the place felt like it was 100 degrees inside. Absolutely horrible!! The other cashier suddenly leaves to do some random stuff and not tend to the customers. There is now only 2 cashiers for 10 customers mind you. It's obvious they do not have their priorities straight. Ringing up customers should be their first priority. When it came to our turn to pay I put my shopping cart away from the walking path and put it near the window along with all those messy hangers, again I moved it away so it's not blocking a walk way. The hangers the employees stacked there was more of a safety hazard if anything. My hands were full and I had a heavy bag plus a shopping bag and I have a bad arm so it's hard for me to push the cart with only one arm while holding the other things on one hand. Mind you I'm undergoing physically therapy for my arm and it's painful. The other cashier that was ringing up another customer behind me had the nerve to boss me around and tell me to put the cart back in the return area and 100 percent of the time I do except in this case due to my bad arm. First of all I don't work here and it's not my job. Secondly the other 2 cashiers that were hanging around my vicinity were just dilly dallying so they can put the cart away and need to stop being so lazy! The lady that was bossing me around act like she has to go get the cart outside, the cart doesn't even go outside! and has that annoying long pole attach to it so you can't take it outside so stop being so lazy and do your job! After making customers wait in line so long why don't you put the cart away? You should be grateful my husband was nice enough to put the cart away for your lazy A%#! They marked what things I had to remove and what could stay. They came back with a large crew of stagers who worked expeditiously and with flair, turning my house into a museum of art and delicate touches that enhanced my house's features and pulled my design aesthetic together. I was soooo impressed by how they considered even the smallest of details, like the texture of fabrics (not just colors), and they didn't cut any corners. For example, they changed a bed skirt of a very heavy Cal King mattress from my beige thick cotton one to a white thinner cotton blend one. For some, that may not seem like it'd be worth the effort, but it really made the bed look fancier because it tied better with the bedding and pillows. With the magic of Dora and Jocelyn and their crew, my house sold in one weekend... and in a cold housing market when most houses in my city are taking 2 months to sell. They came today to remove the staging furniture and accessories, and I was impressed with how they so carefully wrapped and removed everything. I enjoyed watching Dora and Jocelyn work. They looked like artists painting a canvas. They were absolutely wonderful and professional... and my house sold so quickly!
