Employees out in other parts of the store... some are smiling some aren't. The ones that have a look on their face like they don't want to be there will put on a fake smile when you ask for help. There are a handful that are always smiling and always ask if they can help you as you walk around and they see you. Pretty well stocked for general items. Seasonal item areas on this visit were empty shelves on aisles as they switch to holiday items from summer outdoor items. Prices are comparable to other craft stores, not always the cheapest. Since all items are price lsticker label tagged, the prices can vary on the same item. So check through the packages or items, there might be a lower price tag. Cashiers need to either memorize what's on sale or check their sales list, so I've noticed i don't always get the sale price. Always check your receipts. Location is convinient for when I'm running errands at the mall, but it's not always my go to craft store. Store is always clean as well as having clean restrooms. You need a pass code to use the bathrooms.

However, today (10/20/25 around 12-1pm) was quite a weird and negative experience. I understand that inventory is being moved around and restocked, considering the fall holidays rolling in. Nevertheless, when the associates are getting really close to your customers without an "excuse me" or heads up is not so friendly. I had make sure to leave enough space to not interfere with their work or path of action, but that same consideration was not being reciprocated from the associates. I was even close to being hit with a folded cardboard box that an associate had in hand as I was standing and looking at the fall party decor. The associate didn't even apologize or acknowledge me. It just left a really bad taste being treated like this. I may be a small person but I still deserve to be treated with the same equal space as the other customers have. Shopping here has never felt so uncomfortable.

Two emails ahead of scheduled appointment at the Tracy location reminding us to be early or our appointment would be forfeited. Also required completion of all measurements and project info etc. ahead of our visit, which we excitedly did ahead of our scheduled time. Showed up for our appointment 10 minutes early and checked in so the team would know we were there. Our consultant was assisting a customer with what appeared to be a small purchase when another individual walked in and asked a question. We watched as he proceeded to assist the other customer until 35 minutes after our scheduled start time. At that point we walked out. During this time we asked another one of the Sincere team members if they could assist and were told we had to wait for our designer. No effort was made to take care of us. No one offered an update on when we would finally have our appointment. To add insult to injury, the AC was not working and the place felt like it was 100 degrees inside. Absolutely horrible!! We were prepared to spend thousands on a kitchen remodel and am glad we didn't spend a dime here!! I'm sure their service once they had our money would probably have been worse! Dora and Jocelyn are like the Fairy God Mothers in house sales…read more I watched them do a walk-thru of my house to see what they had to work with for a partial staging, then take mental notes and photos. They marked what things I had to remove and what could stay. They came back with a large crew of stagers who worked expeditiously and with flair, turning my house into a museum of art and delicate touches that enhanced my house's features and pulled my design aesthetic together. I was soooo impressed by how they considered even the smallest of details, like the texture of fabrics (not just colors), and they didn't cut any corners. For example, they changed a bed skirt of a very heavy Cal King mattress from my beige thick cotton one to a white thinner cotton blend one. For some, that may not seem like it'd be worth the effort, but it really made the bed look fancier because it tied better with the bedding and pillows. With the magic of Dora and Jocelyn and their crew, my house sold in one weekend... and in a cold housing market when most houses in my city are taking 2 months to sell. They came today to remove the staging furniture and accessories, and I was impressed with how they so carefully wrapped and removed everything. I enjoyed watching Dora and Jocelyn work. They looked like artists painting a canvas. They were absolutely wonderful and professional... and my house sold so quickly!
