I have had this hat for over 10 years and it got worn a lot. It fit perfectly but was getting worn out. Capital Hatters measure the hat ask some questions and 6 weeks later I picked up an expertly cleaned hat with a new lining and sweat band. It looked brand new. I wish I took some before pictures, but I have been recommending them to all my friends. They have a great selection of straw hats as well as felts. They do a custom hats.
