Having the size my wife needed for her running shoes was the big issue. She wears a size that so many other women wear, often makes finding what she likes hard to locate. Staff was gentle. They greeted us kindly. Place was clean and well managed. Shelves are low so we could see across the entire store.

We did see several staff around, not one said hi or even tried to offer any assistance. That's a bad reflection on the store in general. Sad state when the staff is to busy talking to other staff that they don't ask patrons if they need help, this is what we saw with a few staff. Very sad.

He did at least apologize when I confronted his manager and he was standing not too far away. The manager on call, David wasn't a whole lot better, but he did apologize and ask if he could help. Also, if a customer is obviously frustrated it might be nice to actually walk them over to the vacuum cleaners instead of just saying, "they are near the vacuum cleaners" and walking away.

I even asked the lady at the front counter if they were accepting jeans which to her response was "yes we're always taking those!" I waited an hour instore for them to look through the clothes only to be told NOT ONE thing was taken. I felt pretty blindsided as one bag had nothing but jeans (American eagle, lucky brand, etc) only to name a few. I drove an hour to, stayed for an hour plus an hour back home. Pretty disappointing experience to be honest. The ladies at the front seemed nice and they even helped me wheel out my bags to my car. All in all an ok experience

Very disappointed in my experience here. I've been wanting to check out this boutique for some time…read morenow and finally got the chance. I went in a few weeks back to do some Christmas shopping. I walked in and there was already another customer in there who was at the counter talking to an employee. I started to browse and noticed I was not greeted at all by anyone. I let that go because maybe they were truly busy with something. Kept browsing around until said customer and employee were wrapping up their conversation and walking towards the door. Customer leaves and I assumed that was when the employee would greet me or apologize or something! No, she walked right by me, went back to the counter to start gossiping to an employee about the customer she was just helping! My jaw dropped and I got out of there immediately. I was truly ready to splurge there but that left the worst taste in my mouth. I'm not sure if I didn't fit their standards or what but it was by far the worst customer service I've experienced from a small business. I noticed another comment said pretty much the same thing I went through which says something. Do better Pink Chandelier because you had so many cute things there but with that experience and that kind of mindset, I wouldn't recommend y'all to anyone.
