A hidden gem! I've…read morenow brought three things to this shop -- many pairs of heels, much loved boots, and a leather handbag I've had for years -- and every single time I've walked away amazed. These aren't just repairs; they're little resurrections. The shoes came back with a shine and heel tip repair so clean I wore them to a dinner that same week. The boots, which had seen better days, looked like I'd just pulled them off a shelf. My vintage leather handbag? I'd honestly braced myself to hear it was beyond saving. Nope. They replaced it with a thicker heel and the red on the soles of the heel don't even line up correctly and can tell the gap. In addition, the soles are ruined from the hack job of replacing the heel.
