He easily could have told me I needed a service visit, and I would've had no way of knowing otherwise since this isn't my area of expertise, but instead he was honest, kind, and incredibly helpful. It turned out something was simply unplugged under my chair. Once I plugged it back in, the headrest worked perfectly. The leg recliner still has some issues, but Steve even suggested that I could just use it as a regular chair instead of pushing for a paid repair. For example, a single small bread plate, a blanket and a clear vase were priced at $15, $20 and $14.99, respectively. Also the items in the dish/glass area and electronic areas were disorganized. When I walked out of the store another person also walked out of the store. Both of us couldn't believe the prices and we left without buying anything.
