I had a great experience with Upholstery Fix. A gentleman named Steve called me after I reached out…read moreand asked for a few pictures of my chair. As soon as I sent them, he called me right back and patiently walked me through troubleshooting the issue. He easily could have told me I needed a service visit, and I would've had no way of knowing otherwise since this isn't my area of expertise, but instead he was honest, kind, and incredibly helpful. It turned out something was simply unplugged under my chair. Once I plugged it back in, the headrest worked perfectly. The leg recliner still has some issues, but Steve even suggested that I could just use it as a regular chair instead of pushing for a paid repair. Not many people would do that when they could make money. I really appreciated his honesty, patience, and customer service. Steve is a good guy, and I definitely recommend Upholstery Fix.

I arrived at 6:20 and the front parking was full (there's like, 7-8 spots max including handicapped) so I followed the sign to park in the back. What I did not know, unfortunately, was that the gate to the back closes at 6:30. Cue 10 minutes later an employee shouting that anyone parked in the back needed to move. I asked if I could quickly check out with the (one) item I had, and their response was essentially "no." So I moved my car - but again, no parking in the front so I was basically forced to leave without the item I wanted. I'm sure the staff here are wonderful. But for your trip, I would recommend planning to leave before 6:30 or you might be sorta screwed. It's unlikely I'll be back.
