On a mission to find a rose gold hair piece for the bride, the owner Janet, went above & beyond to help a stranger... To be completely honest, her entire family did. While she tried to help me figure out where I might find what I was looking for locally, her husband happened to be in Weatherford. He and their daughter went to multiple stores trying to find exactly what our bride was looking for. He found something beautiful that was a close match to what we needed and rushed back to ensure our bride would have everything she wanted for her special day. Complete strangers went out of their way to help us on my friend's wedding day. When I tell you that the heart and soul of this establishment serves from a place of pure love, I mean that with every fiber of my being. She looked but wasn't able to find another one. Well, bummer! She showed me another one that was the same-ish style, but more sturdy. She told me that if I liked it, she would just do a straight exchange. It was about $12 more than the defective one, but she said that she was really sorry about what happened. I checked it out and I liked it, so I accepted it. Every single time I come in here, the associates are always nice. They're helpful, and kind. On my most recent trip in, I was looking for a new cowboy hat. One of mine blew off and got stepped on by Wyatt. It left an unsightly dent on the front of the brim. The sales lady asked if I had the hat saying she might be able to reshape it.... In a manner of 5 minutes, she had it reshaped and looking almost as good as new! Even better, when I asked her how much for fixing my hat? Her reply was "Free!" It's a service they supply when you purchase hats there! What a great value!!
