On a mission to find a rose gold hair piece for the bride, the owner Janet, went above & beyond to help a stranger... To be completely honest, her entire family did. While she tried to help me figure out where I might find what I was looking for locally, her husband happened to be in Weatherford. He and their daughter went to multiple stores trying to find exactly what our bride was looking for. He found something beautiful that was a close match to what we needed and rushed back to ensure our bride would have everything she wanted for her special day. Complete strangers went out of their way to help us on my friend's wedding day. When I tell you that the heart and soul of this establishment serves from a place of pure love, I mean that with every fiber of my being. Yesterday,…read moreI saw that it was separating on the seam, so I brought it back today to try and exchange it. I don't remember her name, but she was the owner. She looked but wasn't able to find another one. Well, bummer! She showed me another one that was the same-ish style, but more sturdy. She told me that if I liked it, she would just do a straight exchange. It was about $12 more than the defective one, but she said that she was really sorry about what happened. I checked it out and I liked it, so I accepted it. Every single time I come in here, the associates are always nice. They're helpful, and kind. They have a wonderful assortment of products that would be able to please anyone. I definitely recommend this place, and I will MOST definitely continue to shop here!! Have a BLESSED day!
