He was "forced" step aside so we could get by due to some rearranging of shelving. He gave a very audible "HUFF" as if he was terribly inconvenienced. This behavior was so rude, I almost made the decision to not spend my money in the store. Once we made our selection, we got in line. The area of socks, sneaker balls, etc., that is next to the line was pretty messy. "Allen" stormed around the store and walked by this area and said very loudly, "What the hell happened here?" I understand it is the Holidays and people can be difficult and stores can be messy from lazy shoppers but the need to maintain professionalism is necessary, considering Allen's lanyard said, 10 Years of Service.

A good amount of "Rare" to choose from... from kids to adult. They also have regular getting around town shoes and clothing galore! Compared to other sneaker stores I've patroned the prices are what you would expect for resale. Where LC stands out is the customer service. As a female, it's important to me that I feel safe and unpressured when I'm shopping - and that I'm not manslpained to or tried to take advantage of because of it. Sneaker stores are usually run to accommodate a specific demographic, so I don't always feel welcomed as an older female. That is not the case here as I'm always greeted by a friendly face and left to peruse without pressure to purchase. I bought a pair of shoes I went home that night a decided that didn't want it anymore. So not even 24 hours later, I went back. I happen to see the cashier that had sold me the shoe originally. She tells me she can't do a full refund, only exchange because it's worn. I told her "No, it's not worn. I want a refund, not an exchange." So, she flips the shoe over and says, "I would not have sold it to you like this, this is damaged. We can't accept this." Insisting I did not wear the shoe, I kept demanding for a refund. I told her that I don't want an exchange, there's nothing wrong with the shoe. I probably argued with the cashier for 5 minutes. She calls for a her manager on the phone and they say the same thing. The manager never even came out to see the merchandise. Finally I took the shoe back and went some where else, but there was so way I was backing down. I finally came back a asked for a corporate number to file a complaint. Told the operator this exact story. So they sent my complaint to the district manager of this store. A day after, they sent an email, apologizing and told me to come back to the store to the return the shoes to a manager on duty. When I came back to the store, I never even got an apology. Just a pathetic 10% coupon that I denied right away. They wasted my time over a $20 shoe and losing my business completely. I had to come back twice on different days, wasting my gas. Clearly these idiots don't know the difference between a worn shoe and an unworn shoe. There is no way I'm ever coming back, and I urge you to do the same. Tell all your friends and family!
