The person who helped us, I believe his name was Ronaldo, was incredibly patient and helpful. They were busy when we first arrived, so it took a little while before someone could assist us, but once he did, he took his time answering all of our questions and never made us feel rushed. We also did the foot test to better understand what type of running shoes would work best for us, which was really helpful. They have a great selection of shoes, along with some clothing, gels, and running accessories. They didn't have all the colors I was looking for, but Ronaldo explained that they could order them online, which was nice. My only wish is that the store were a little bigger because I would love to see an even larger selection in person. But honestly, the customer service makes up for it. They really focus on one customer at a time, take the time to understand what you need, and don't rush you into a purchase. Overall, such a great experience.
