After reading the recent reviews, I may have lucked out. I set up a pick up, received fantastic customer service out of the gate from the employee who called me to gather payment information-- I was not too keen on giving my credit card information over the phone and having it stored, but I reluctantly did. I placed my items on my front porch as instructed for pick up on Monday. Monday evening my items were still there, I contacted via email and was told they would be picked up on Thursday... today's Thursday and again my items have sat outside on my porch all day without being picked up. Thankfully, the items were still there as I've now left a bag full of expensive suits sitting on my porch all day, twice. I have since emailed asking for my credit card information to be deleted. My slacks shrank one inch in length. My blouse looked like it came out of the dryer and was never ironed. My black blouse was ruined from using a too hot iron and causing the collar to be shiny. I would never go back there. Worst ever! read more

Have been taken my shirts to be laundered and have requested heavy starch. They have come back hardly pressed and no starch. I have called twice and requested a call back from the owner with no reply. Looking for a new cleaner, any suggestions??? Well it looks like you have to leave a review in order to get a response. Owner just called. I drop my dry cleaning off at the Buehler's at Fix Meadows. The owner would not listen and talked over me when I tried to explain my concerns. Ashley then went ahead and said Buehler's were at fault , new employee not marking the tickets correctly etc... I so happen to have to pick up my dry cleaning today and I went and asked the employee behind the service desk what was the procedure for sending out dry cleaning. Basically, I was lied too and they lost my dry cleaning today. Ashley was not helpful nor what customer service is about... I have to wait until Monday so she can try to locate my items. This business is not professional dry cleaners as they claim and do have store front. Do not trust them with your precious clothes to have them dry cleaned. Gave my dress shirts to dry clean and received 4 of them in same condition. Requested them to re-clean with same result, it almost was never re-done and spots were usual scuff marks not any bad. Ohh and top of it they left shirts wrinkled from bottom. I never had any such issues with other dry cleaner services I have used. General manager Ashley Stark is even horrible to deal with no sense of customer service or ability to resolve issue. I do not recommend this business at all. I don't have a lot of dry cleaning needs, but Cavalier Cleaners is who I use. There is a fast turn around, reasonable pricing and friendly service. I went in about a week ago to drop off a lot of items that had been accumulating. The girl who waited on me was beyond friendly and helpful. It was first time in with their new service. Today, when I picked up the items, I was also dropping of a pair of pants to be hemmed. The guy who waited in me today was also beyond friendly. In the few occasions I have brought items in I have interrupted the 17yr old manager's cigarette break. (in the store) I needed some pants pressed and over and over had to send them back because they were given to me with wrinkles. The unapologetic manager's excuse for why they were wrinkled is because they are cotton (good information to know before you pay in advance. Perhaps if they could not do the job they should not have taken them and my pre-payment in the first place.) Then when I asked for my money back. But she refused stating that she could not issue a refund since they had been sent back so many times. Sound logical? Why should I have to pay for a job NOT done. Extremely disappointed the care my items received from this dry cleaner. My two sweaters, one new and one vintage, are now completely ruined- stretched out beyond repair and "bumps" in the shoulder area from being "cleaned" while on hangers. My son's white dress shirt was returned with dirt marks on the shoulder- perhaps where equipment may have rubbed up against the shirt. I have tried having the shirt cleaned by another cleaner- but the stain was rendered permanent. So, overall, 3 items of clothing ruined by this cleaner. Steer clear of this establishment. read more

I took a few shirts in to get dry cleaned. I had never had clothes dry cleaned before but had a few button ups I wanted cleaned and didntl't want to iron them myself. Once I looked at the finished product, I will never do it again...At least here. None of the shirts were cleaned, every single shirt was wrinkled, every shirt's collar and cuff looked like it been burnt with an iron, and one shirt cuff was covered in some black substance. This has to be the worst dry cleaners in all of northeast Ohio. Took several expensive silk causal, and I emphasize causal, shirts of my husband's for dry cleaning --- not laundry. These shirts came back stiff as boards. They are totally unwearable. I now have to take them somewhere else and hope they can repair the damage. If not I will seeking replacements. This cleaners has really gone down hill. I have been coming to this establishment for years and years and have never had a problem until recent months. My shirts come back with stains that were not there prior, and my pants come back with creases that are not straight. She says that these are normal wear and tear of the clothing items over the years. Things that are dry clean only the new "manager" Ashley has made me sign releases for in case they get ruined and tells me another option is to wash it myself and hang it up even though I have been bringing these garments in for years. It is a hassle to have to sign a bunch of things when I drop off and pick up my things when this is supposed to be a quick serve establishment with a drive thru. She has said that the manufacturer has to put a label on the clothing and that when it says dry cleaning it doesn't necessarily mean that it needs to be dry cleaned. I will not be bringing my things here any longer until there is something done about this "manager's" attitude or know it all sense of being. I do not actually believe that she knows even a little bit of what she is talking about. I would rather go to a more expensive dry cleaners because although Cavalier Cleaners is cheaper, you get what you pay for. read more

this is the WORST cleaners I have ever been to. I have had to iron my cloths after I pick them up. Also have 2-3 extras creases in my dress pants but the best is when you get to customer service. There have been problems with 4 of my husband's dress shirts and he had to throw one away. These are expensive shirts too. The employees are unfriendly and don't care. The service that I had gotten from an employee named Sarah was not great. She was on there phone when I had walked in and took a couple of minutes before she greeted me. When she spoke to me she was very short, rude, and seemed like she didn't even want to be there. When I had picked up my dress pants from the cleaners, it was wrinkled and the pants were pressed but not down the seams.
