Both were very nice. The other folks working there were friendly and asked how I liked my meal. Today I had the beef shawarma pita. It's made with rib eye and it was excellent! The flavors of the beef, tahini sauce, pickles, etc., all melded together nicely. My friend had the chicken shawarma pita, which she loved. Everything is fresh made. The prices are reasonable for the what you get. I would say a side should be included in the price you pay; however the portions for me were perfect. I was stuffed! The restaurant is tucked behind Uptown market. There's three small tables inside, but they have seating outside on the patio. It's a casual place and very clean. Their restaurant ratings by the North Carolina inspection scores is 100%. They also have a small food market. Will be back soon with my husband. I know he'll love this place too.
