Food was great. Service was awesome. everything is fresh and amazing and the convenience of the location is fantastic.

First time trying Cava. Looked at the menu online then headed over. Walked in stood there for 3-4 mins no one acknowledged me but I as soon as I noticed the food on the counter I just stood there in shock. It's one thing if I can't see it back in the kitchen but come on! Not coming back. read more

They take forever don't come here if you have places to be or you're hungry asf!!!!!

Good variety and tasty food if you're looking for a hot meal with the efficiency of fast food.

This is by far one of the worst Cava locations ever. They ignored me for 20 minutes at the drive thru when my order was ready for 1:45. I wouldn't write this review if I hadn't had this happen multiple times, the food is fine but the workers and employees just ignore customers. Any other cava, I have gone to has great service. They are not quick and overpromise constantly about their ready time and had four people waiting in drive through for me to just be ignored at window. read more

We walked out after waiting in line 15 minutes. We did place our order at the counter but the needed more herbed chicken and the server literally kept scraping the empty pot with a metal spoon to give me dried up shreds of old meat while we waited for a fresh replacement. I told her I didn't want the old scraps. We waited 5 more minutes and still no more chicken. We walked out. read more

For the second time, I placed an order to be delivered, and it came with several ingredients missing. I mean, SEVERAL ingredients on the order - including the steak I paid $6 extra for. I love Cava's food, but when you spend $29 to have a salad delivered, and it comes with just lettuce and a tiny bit of feta and a few olives, and you call the store and they blame DoorDash (he bag was SEALED, this is NOT a DoorDash problem.) I asked to have the correct order sent to me, since I am sick and bed bound, and they told me to call the corporate office. I did, and have been on hold 20 minutes so far, with someone whose accent is too thick to understand. This on the heels of the last order I had delivered, which was ALSO wrong and missing the meat. read more

This location is absolutely FILTHY. The black lentils were like chewing rocks and the grilled chicken was dry and overcooked.

Excellent food and flavors! You get to pick your own meal or they have items they have a menu to choose from as well. Fresh healthy and delicious! Your choice of pita wrap, bowl or salad. The chicken right rice bowl is what I had. Chicken was seasoned properly moist and tasty. The Greek dressing was spot on. The hummus had a great smooth texture. I loved the pickled onions. They season everything down to the tomatoes and cucumber. I had the cucumber mint drink which was refreshing and not over sweetened. The staff are friendly and helpful! The place itself is modern and clean. The only knock I have is a personal one which is they do not list their menu prices on their website or how much extras are. I also think there website needs a massive improvement. Other than that go and eat some great food! read more

Went to the CAVA on 3520 Oleander Dr at around 4:30 to 5 o'clock on March 28th. My bowl was noticeably smaller than another customer's I saw being served right in front of me. Even the other customer mentioned it looked light when I went back in. The staff said portions are 'weight-based,' but the difference was very obvious. Spent $18 for this, very disappointing. read more

The food is by far the best Greek food I have found anywhere in Wilmington, NC so far when it comes to fast food. Their hummus is fantastic, I could literally eat it by the spoonful. The pita chips are really good. So far I have had the spicy chicken pita and the steak and feta pita is by far my favorite. The spicy pita chips with their spicy hummus is also one of my favorites. The environment is enjoyable as well. They have dine in or a pick up window with mobile ordering only. The employees are all helpful and professional as well. I well definitely be a repeat customer. read more

This was my first time visiting Cava, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was below basic standards. Tables were dirty, the restroom was filthy with no paper towels, and cleanliness seemed to be a low priority here. I politely asked one of the employees if they could wipe down the tables, as we were the only customers in the store. One employee actually rolled her eyes at my request, while the others ignored me. Eventually, someone came over, but they only cleaned the table we were going to sit at, leaving the others visibly dirty. After seeing the state of the restroom, I asked to speak with the manager and requested a refund. Although I was refunded, there was no apology or acknowledgment of my concerns, which was disappointing for a brand that usually has such a positive reputation. I expected more from Cava, and this experience definitely didn't meet basic standards for cleanliness or customer service. read more

Great environment, great food. This is my go-to for a quick bite for lunch. I always go for their Greek chicken pitas. You can taste how fresh all the ingredients are. Absoutely love all of their drink options. read more

CAVA - Custom salad bowl - Salad Near Me - Wilmington, North Carolina

Absolute best place to eat in Wilmington! Great Staff! Food is always fresh and full of flavor! Oleander & Mayfair stores are fantastic!

The food here is delicious but please for the love of goodness, hire more staff. The person making the bowls should not also be the one ringing you up. The line takes forever!! Take a page out of Chipotle's book and have at least 3 people on the frontline. Only come if you have a long time to wait or if you think ahead and mobile order. read more

Came in at closing and felt terrible about it. The staff welcomed me with open arms . And had my order ready at lightening speed . Good food and even better people! Recommend read more

My little brother and I decided to try Cava for the first time. The food is alright but the customer service is terrible. The employees were laughing at the two of us while we were deciding what we wanted in our bowl. I don't recommend eating here. read more

Good food but they under fill the bowls a ton. The workers are nice and were quick with orders. Just not enough food for the price.

Went in around 6 pm not much of a line and was served immediately and with a smile, food was amazing and manager Nate was very helpful

We ordered on the app, and it was supposed to be ready at 12:15 to pick up. It wasn't ready until 12:45, and there were no updates on our order or apologies for it being 30 minutes late. I enjoy the food but definitely would not return to this location. read more

We just stopped in for dinner today and discovered today was their soft opening. Typically this is for friends and family but they invited us in and didn't charge us for our meal. I was impressed with the service and the food, which honestly tasted like authentic Greek food. We will definitely be back! read more

Food tastes great. Expensive for what it is: over $30 for two bowls and two drinks. Girls making the order had cards to even know how to make the bowls. Sat at dirty table since none were clean. read more

Food is decent but the service is HORRIBLE!! the oleander drive store is never ready on time. They have people making to go orders and helping people in the store along with ringing people up. Hire more staff or get new management!!! read more
