It was an incredible deal for $15.99! There was so much food I have leftovers. Everything was fresh and tender. The seasoning was on point and I loved the hummus and tzatziki. So much flavor. The only thing that made this place better was the fantastic customer service. I was instantly greeted when I walked in and I had friendly service at the counter. My food arrived quickly and was beautifully assembled. When I'm back in town I will absolutely come back to this location.

There were a few mess ups though. Our food was brought to the wrong table, and it took a long time for us to get it because they ended up leaving that food with the other table and remaking ours. I made eye contact with the staff member when she realized the mistake, but there wasn't really an apology for it or for the extra wait. Mind you, it was raw veggies I was waiting on. Someone also poured a beer, dropped it but caught it and some of it spilled. They didn't ask to replace it, which was a little off, knowing the price of alcohol. The place also turns into more of a nightclub later in the evening, so parking gets crazy. Super cool nightclub though. Overall, the staff were friendly, the atmosphere was fun and the food was amazing.

Thankfully, we were pleasantly surprised! For those unfamiliar, think of CAVA as the Mediterranean cousin of Chipotle or Moe's. Same general concept, just with a Greek and Mediterranean twist. Let's be clear, this isn't fine dining, nor is it trying to be. It's fast-casual food, and it does what it does pretty darn well! The portions were satisfying, the prices were reasonable, and the food was a refreshing alternative to your typical greasy fast-food lunch. For me, the sauces were the stars of the show! They packed plenty of flavor and really brought everything together. Is CAVA going to change your life? Probably not. But does it deliver a solid, flavorful lunch at a fair price? Absolutely! We walked in with no expectations and left pleasantly surprised. We'd happily stop at another location when looking for something quick, tasty, and a little different. To those about to nosh, WE SALUTE YOU!
