I mean, it's a great concept. It's our second time ordering food from here, and they seem to have always been busy, so the food would never be stale. HOWEVER, the staff could care less about how they serve you. While ordering my food, no one was interested in helping me with understanding what I was ordering. When I said i wanted the spicy lamb and that should have meant i wanted half and half. The girl went and took out the 2 meatballs and threw them away instead of asking if i wanted it separately. Then i got to the condiments, and they were all empty. The staff literally scrapped the container and barely put a teaspoon on my plate. I am NEVER going to this location again. Maybe another chain location or a regular Mediterranean restaurant because for $15 a plate, we should not leave hungry. We sat on the outside for 4 mins, but it was just too chilly, so we sat inside on the sticky tables. We stayed there for 1 hour and no one ever came out to clean the tables. They used their hands to fill the containers back up. read more

I don't usually do reviews but when you come across a place where the food(even being quick served) AND customer is great I had to leave one. The food was great and being that it was my first experience I received amazing customer service from Liz who recommended a few items that I am HOOKED on!! My daughter went last night and told us we should try Cava. I was in the mood for our favorite Middle Eastern Restaurant, but I agreed to try someplace new. Walked in to a Salad style restaurant with a choice of lettuce or grains. All of the additional items were a convergence of middle eastern flavors. Lentils, lamb meat balls, falafel, tzatziki, olives, too many to list. If I had a complaint it was that there were too many choices. The staff was amazing especially Pedro and Catherine. They helped guide me through the process with heaping helpings. The mixture of flavors was fresh, delicious and definitely a return trip in the near future read more

Think Mediterranean Chipotle! You have ur choice of salads, rice bowl, or pita. For 3 sauces or dips, I went with crazy feta, red pepper hummus and tzatziki sauce. My favorite is the spicy lamb meatballs sooooo tasty! I asked for half chicken and half spicy lamb meatballs just to try both. They also have seasonal squash and falafels for vegetarians. Then you can add toppings from pickled onions, freshno peppers, cauliflower quinoa tabbouleh, and olives. Topped off with lemon herb tahini. The portion is biiigggg and it was lunch and dinner for me. Plus! So many drinks to try my fav was jasmine tea to stay with the healthy vibes! read more

This is probably one of my favs. But recently, for some reason the portions of each side have gotten ridiculously small. They're giving you one scoop with the tiniest spoon. So if you're not picking all the sides, you're going to have one sad looking bowl. Just looking at the pictures previously posted here I can tell the difference. I came here for lunch with my mom recently and we really liked it. We both got "create your own" salads and sodas and then we split 3 dips with chips and a big cookie. The bill was $42 for that which I thought was a little high for a fast food type salad place, but I really enjoyed most of what we got. My mom loved the lamb meatballs she got on her salad. I got the regular meatballs which were pretty good too. The dips and chips we got were excellent. We tried the feta, the eggplant, and the tzatziki dips. All were delicious. I wasn't a big fan of the "diet Mexican cola". (They don't have a regular soda machine so that was the closest thing to Diet Coke.) It tasted kind of like plastic, but my mom liked her root beer. I also didn't really like the dark chocolate sea salt and oatmeal cookie. It was pretty bland. Overall though, the meal was very tasty. Lots of fresh and interesting ingredients to try and choose from! read more

The food is great, the workers and staff are great, the drinks are great, the lighting is great, the menu is great, the location and parking lot are great...only complaint...no cup holders for takeout orders. My wonderful, intelligent, sexy, caring beloved wife orders takeout from here and I pick it up before coming home from work. Because my wife is so wonderful, intelligent, sexy and caring, I couldn't help myself and made three beautiful children with her. Very nice. The problem is, when you place a takeout order for five people including five drinks and don't have any cup holders, I'm praying I don't spill beet lemonade juice all over myself or the car on my way home. However, I just felt some of the food I had was not as fresh as I would have liked. Staff was pretty friendly as well, my only issue was with the freshness of the food. I was really happy when I went to Willowbrook Mall and passed by this place. I immediately parked and went inside to eat because I was really excited. As I expected, this place did not let me down. Their staffs are really understanding and friendly, and their food tastes really fresh and healthy. I built my own bowl and even though I don't really know what the ingredients taste like individually, they all tasted good together. The food may not be super cheap, but they are filling and really good. There is also a plenty of seats to sit inside, so you should definitely try this place at least once. read more

When my girlfriend went to pick up our salads, the workers were more focused on ending their shifts than following orders. Our orders were late, and made entirely incorrectly. LOVE this place! It's actually halfway between my office and my home so I go there quite often. Customer service has always been top notch and the food is even better. There are so many variations that you don't feel limited even though they offer mostly the same thing year round. My colleagues at work love it too so we take turns picking up lunch as we do when we all like one place. My favorite is the Greens and Grains. I have yet to try a pita wrap but everyone says they are great so that's next on my list. Will absolutely be back. In an area with so many food options, they really stand out. read more

I have had Cava in Bridgewater and Maryland before. This location was the worst! No flavour! Bad service! The cashier had really long and dirty nails, she was touching my food with those nails. Want a refund! I'll explain the good and the bad. I've been to many cava locations and the food here tasted nothing like cava. I would expect a knock off restaurant to taste as bad as what I had. I've been loyal to Cava and will be, but not this location. The Bad: -food does not taste fresh -service is terrible, I felt extremely rushed and there were only 2 people behind me. -beef meatballs tasted like cheap meat, or the flavor was off -harrisa sauce tastes nothing like the other locations -cashier was tossing and juggling mine and my wifes food around with her hands all over it and it was off putting.
