The food here is great. It's like chipotle and you can tell them how much dressing or sauces you'd like and customizable Mediterranean food. The limited time garlic pita chips is a great snack I like to have with my bowl. The service is relatively quick even when there's a lunch rush. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Tables were a little dirty but we were able to find one that was ok. read more

Everything was going good until the toppings part of our order, the worker, name was something like lyndette? I asked for cucumbers, got pita chips, God forbid i was allergic, and when my best friend noticed and said something, she popped an attitude. We checked out and got two water cups, we looked for the water, there's nothing that says water on the soda machine, there was a little one for SODA water. So my best friend got a lemonade and i poured a coke. We sat down and the same girl comes up to our table, loudly, says "if you guys are gonna pour something else than water im gonna charge you those are for water" we looked at her and explained we couldn't find the water that's the only reason we poured something else, she points to the tiniest knob in the corner of their drinks and says "it's right there" no sign, no nothing. Thanks for ruining cava for us!! read more

I ordered from here today and it was delicious! I got a build your own bowl with rice, lentils, falafel, hummus, some sauces, and vegetables. It was super hearty and delicious! A great healthy-ish meal! I did order pita crisps that they did not give me, but it was on the receipt. For my drink I got a cucumber mint drink, it was super refreshing! I will have to dine in next time, good stuff! read more

I'm surprised this place could get anything less than a 5 star review! Came here this week and it was my first time at any Cava location. Love the concept!!! The chicken was super yummy and tender, the toppings were fresh, and the dips and dressings delicious! I also loved the variety of lemonades and teas they had that you can serve yourself and get refills. The service was fast and friendly. We ate inside and the high chair for my baby was clean and In great condition. read more

Literally nothing fast casual about this place. I made a mobile order with hopes of not waiting in line, and waited for 20 minutes after arriving on time for the scheduled pick up. Absolutely horrible experience. Came in for a late lunch at 2:30p, only 1 person behind the counter, made us wait to take our order, no one else was there. The counters were filthy, and she tells us, we are out of a lot of stuff as the first thing she says. We should have walked out, but I was hungry and wanted something healthy. She made our bowls with what was left and the bowl content was SUPER small for $15/each! The entire restaurant was a mess, and there were people in the back doing literally nothing! The ice machine was empty, asked for ice, and they ignored us. I really regret going here! read more

Yum yum yum! I've been here a few times in the past weeks and it is very consistent Mediterranean food. We ordered it the first time via a delivery service and actually thought it was a mom-and-pop place - little did we know it's a chain! The pita chips are AMAZING! I can't stop eating them and I always buy extra. We love the spicy chicken and avocado wrap and the chicken bowl with half lettuce and half grains. The inside reminds me of Chipotle how you can walk up and mix-and-match, but I usually stick to what's on the menu. read more

This CAVA location is a mess. I placed an online order for 8:00 PM and ended up waiting over 30 minutes--my food still wasn't even started. There were at least 6 other people also waiting for pickup orders that hadn't been touched. Meanwhile, the workers were only focused on the in-store line and completely ignored everyone waiting for their online orders. No updates, no apologies, nothing. This isn't the first time either--it happened the last time I came too. The staff acts clueless and doesn't even try to help. What's the point of ordering ahead if they're just going to make you wait even longer? read more

Placed an order for pick up, I went to In and Out, waited in the long lunch line got one burger for my wife, as she hates Cava. Drove to Cava, got here 10 minutes past my pick up time only to find several others waiting for our orders still. Then when inquiring about the food treated like it's my fault I'm waiting. They need to hire faster workers or when they are overwhelmed shut down the online orders. Because this will be the last time in a long while that I order here. read more

i came to cava after a long day and i was instantly revived. from the friendly staff, particularly kate and miles, to the comforting music and delectable smell of hot harissa chicken, nothing brings me more joy than this beautiful restaurant. i leave for college in a few months, and although ill miss my family and friends a lot, its safe to say i will miss cava the most. please open one in tucson. read more

The food tasted great, but the overall experience at this location was disappointing. It was very slow, we came at 5 before the dinner rush and they were low on all the food. Small portions and the service attitudes were very poor (minus one young man who rang us up). We were questioning who is in charge seems like the staff is kids that don't know what they are doing or how to take care of the restaurant. No napkins, no lids, empty drink station, the ice was piled up on the foundation station drain. To top it off there was a bug in the ice in my drink, wtf. read more

I want to love this place but I've never had a great experience. They are always understaffed and often times I see a staff member doing something that doesn't appear to be helpful in the moment when there's a big line. The concept is similar to chipotle with a Mediterranean twist. I love to build my own bowl with rice, lentils, chicken, pita crumbles, feta, olives and then try out a dressing. You can also choose from a menu of recommended bowls. The food is always delicious- but prepare to stand in line and be patient. And while the food is yummy my favorite part is the tea! Really unique combinations that will leave you coming back! I really hope the Scottsdale rd location will be able to staff up because the food and concept is great. read more

I always have to go up to the register and let someone know I'm there, and then still wait for my order to be made. I left this location and went to the camelback one as that was in the direction of the event I was going to. The guys that helped me were not friendly at all. The line took forever to go through. The dining room was filthy and the drink area I would not drink out of. Never will I return to this location. I will driving out of my way and go to another location.
