The food is really good but they're always out of rice, at least every time I've come.

Portions were pretty disappointing, at other cava locations they are a lot more generous. The vegetables at the end are served with a very small spoon as it is and I was getting barely anything from the portions, of protein or the toppings but I ended up spending more than I usually do somehow. And also they use seed oils for everything besides the steak I found out, so good to know for anyone who cares about that! read more

The food was really good and one of the workers Dez was very nice and helpful! I was very confused by the menu because it was one of my first times here but she was very patient. read more

Super delicious food. Pricey in terms of the cost, but flavor is definitely there! Think of chipotle style where you can create your own bowls and salads, but with Mediterranean style! read more

The worst food I have ever had in my life! I mean disgusting! The steak was like leather and smelled like dog food! The rice was dry and flavorless! Ate without dressing so that might be why it was gross! Do NOT recommend! The store was dirty and the cashier put her finger in her mouth without washing her hands after! read more

15/10 everything was perfect Cindy made my order with love and care ! Will come back again soon

My husband and I tried CAVA for the first time today and it was amazing. The service was great everyone that helped us was so friendly and attentive. We loved the food so much we are definitely making this a weekly stop! 10/10 read more

CAVA - Balsamic date chicken bowl and Harissa avocado - Mediterranean Near Me - Rancho Cucamonga, California

Good location with a nice patio overlooking Foothill blvd. The employees, however, are a different story. I don't think i've ever been to a food place before where the employees actively disrespect the food in front of them. Ask for a sauce as a topping and the bottle is squeezed on top of the bowl as if someone just took a diarrhea dump on your food. Wait for the cashier to generate the receipt and they'll push your food away as if it's vermin. Go to throw your utensils in the trash and the employees will flutter a trash bag in your face. Honestly, just save your money for a place that is actually proud of what they do because this place ain't it. read more

I would start off with saying this review has nothing to do with the food. Unfortunately the customer service here lacks immensely. There is an environment with some of the workers that felt very rude and as I was ordering I felt very rushed. This wasn't my first time at cava however if I experienced what I had experienced today at cava then i definitely would not have gone back. On top of being rushed, there was attitude from an employee when I asked her for an additional topping on my bowl. When paying for my food and asking for a water cup another worker threw the cups in my bag and then when I asked for a receipt she didn't want to give me one. I just think hospitality and customer service is something that lacks a lot at this location and definitely needs to be worked on if they want customers to return. read more

Great service with excellent food and friendly servers. Highly recommended for anyone who is attempting to eat healthy with minimal time.

Great quality food! Location was busy but the staff was on it!! Make sure you get some pita chips with your bowl

Food is Amazing at Cava. The cashier at Cava, Drea, was very nice and friendly. My food proportions were great and Mia so kindly put more sauce when I asked for more! read more

The place is always clean I eat here often staff is welcoming Karen always has a welcoming family like smile .

My hubby and I love CAVA. The quality is great and the portions are hefty and amazing. The cashier that took us today, named Dez, gave us free pita chips and was nice to us. We appreciate the feeling CAVA gives to us and I know of many who enjoy this place. I hope they build more CAVA's in the inland empire! read more

Really enjoyed this spot. The young lady that was assisting us, was very informative and helped us guide our way to a great meal. It was not too busy when we got there but started to pick up as we finished. Indoor and outdoor seating. read more

It's been a year since I've been here. I thought I'd see if things have improved. I, again, was barely given any brown rice because "This is all we have left." It was 9:15pm and they closed at 10pm. Why didn't they think they had to make more when there were more customers coming in? And it was crispy and Crunchy again. They really need to step up there quality for the duration of their shifts. I guess I'll have to wait another year to see if they finally get it right. read more

The food is fresh and delicious, except the cleanliness overall is seriously lacking. This is my second visit and I wanted to give it a second chance. However, nothing has changed. Upon entering there is trash on the floor, ordering is great, except they're not very careful with the sides where many get mixed together which isn't great for those with aversions or allergies. The counter while food is being made is dirty which results in the exterior of bowls or wrappers being messy with dips and food. The drink/utensil station is dirty and both times we're out of napkins. Heading to the seating, every table is dirty, trying to wipe them down on your own with napkins doesn't work because they're so sticky. The bathrooms are dirty, out of toilet paper and trash is overflowing. I'm kind of disturbed even eating here just knowing the cleanliness and how likely the cooking process and kitchen/prep area is likely dirty as well. Both times I've visited haven't been the most busy and there are more than enough employees to keep the place clean. I'll update this if I come back, I love Mediterranean and this is the freshest in Rancho Cucamonga so hopefully they'll make some changes. read more

Ordered on a Friday for pickup. When we arrived at our order time our meals were not ready and did not receive them for another 30 minutes. We ordered 5 meals and all 5 meals were missing ingredients (pita chips in all the meals, grains in one , tomatoes and onion in one , cucumbers in one, lettuce in one) . The food was good and fresh but they need to do better with the ordering process. read more

This is my second time ordering from here and the customer service is horrible they don't follow the order i love the food but today was very disappointing half my order was missing i received more veggies than chicken , did not receive my drink or pita bread as requested for the amount of the money you expect more than 2 pieces of chicken and rice read more

Staff is super friendly and they did give me my order at the right pick up time, and I'm super glad CAVA is now spreading in the west coast too. I love the food. But lol, for 2 of my bowls, one salad and one greens & grains- we ordered splendid greens and instead got super greens, and the greens & grains bowl were missing a few toppings as well as one of my dips. I imagine it does have to do with new staff getting familiar with their lay of the land and it being super busy tonight. Also the pita chips were a touch too salty, but I know y'all will do better next time (: read more

Terrible service, this place looks disgusting, Unsanitary, food everywhere, it's a mess!! There's A lot of food contamination going on. Other Cavas are not like this... poor management at this place. Everybody looks lazy here. read more

CAVA is delicious! Highly recommend. If you've never been, it's Mediterranean-style Chipotle. The ambiance is much like a Chipotle as well. You get to customize your own pita/bowl, or choose from the menu. And they offer drink options that remind me of Panera Bread - juices, lemonade, and bougie sodas. The staff were all very kind and helpful as it was my first time eating here. My only complaint, like one I've seen on Yelp already, is that the portion size is small considering the price - just like Chipotle lol. I believe my bowl plus pita chips and a drink was close to $20. Otherwise, the quality and taste of the food was really good. I'll definitely come back. read more

My father and I enjoy coming to cava pretty much weekly. We are usually met with good service everyone friendly. May 12th at approximately 1pm we walked in overjoyed to see there was no line. The first young lady was very polite. She was handling grains and greens. She passed the bowl down. Now this is where the issue began. There was an African American young girl handling the protein sections. She may be about 21-24. Hair in braids but of course folded up to fit in her hat and circle glasses. With a red tint lipstick. I wasn't able to get her name. She was very rude and treated us with such an attitude. She had already had an issue prior putting the wrong toppings on the bowl because she simply wasn't listening. Which resulted in that customer getting her bowl for free because her experience wasn't up to par. She came to us and completely disregarded what my dad was saying. She responded to him with a lot of "huh and what's" he asked for extra chicken and veggies and her response is "well you know it's going to be extra right?" Then slid his bowl down and moved on to the next customer before he was even done speaking to her so the gentleman with the blue wrapping on his head took over. Working in customer service i understand but it's not acceptable. You're only engaging with a customer for 15 seconds until we move on. You can have a better attitude. If not perhaps this isn't the job for you. I will ensure to take the steps to make sure the issue is brought to management. I see several reviews about this same employee. read more

Me and my family go to cava at least once a month or so, and lately the past few times the experience and food has gotten significantly worse. This last time we came in they were out of most of the toppings and the stations were really dirty. Also the service at the register was a little upsetting as well, we had to remind the worker that we were picking up an order 3 times before we got it. And the whole time most of the workers looked like we were inconveniencing them with every request we had. The price came out to almost 40 dollars for one drink and two bowls. The bowls were not full in either the online order we were picking up or our two bowls we ordered in store. Hopefully the new Rialto location will be better. read more

First or all I'd like to start by saying that this was my third or fourth time coming to this car location. I am a fan of cava me and my wife eat often on Monday, November 4. I went to this location to grab lunch during my lunch break where I work from home. when I arrived, of course it was a lunch rush, and so there was an extremely long line out the door to include the fact that they had a lot of mobile online orders as well. So I understood and was OK with waiting however, I do believe operationally there needs to be a little bit more efficiency between the online orders and people that do come in the store to order I believe that during a lunch rush, it is inefficient to have a person standing in line and placing an order for four bowls when the ordering system or the assembly line is Congested, causing wait. However, I stood in line patiently and anticipating a really good meal for, which I always usually get. While standing in line, I did happen to notice how the cashier would not assist any of the additional staff to prepare the bowls that were needing to be prepared or addressing new customers and clients in the line instead, she's just kind of stage stationary at the cashier station, which is fine if that's your guys's policy, but in my opinion, it was inefficient. Not only that she was training a guy who was supposed to be doing the toppings right before the cashiering station and there was no one on protein however, regardless they had one person working one area and then five other people working one other area visibly I am not making it known that this is frustrating to watch however, when I approach the cashier as we were wrapping up my food order, I explained to her that I wanted a large drink. I wanted the garlic pita chips and that was it, and I was being very short and concise because that was a really long line. She then proceeded to toss my cup in the bag drop my chips in the bag, and then like kind of tossed my bag of food across the counter to me and just kind of flippantly said have a good day to me. This is no way to treat a guess I have been coming here and it's not uncommon to go and have these kind of experience experiences at many fast food restaurants however this was very aggravating as A paying customer I do not want food toss to me, slid to me thrown to me or even anything other than handed to me in my hand as a guest. I did ask to speak to a manager, and I spoke to lyric who I don't believe is the manager however there was another young lady working right behind lyric she was African-American. I do not recall her name. She did come from the back so it looks like she looked and appeared to be the manager. Then she yelled out as I was explaining to lyric my grievance the girl behind her that was working says do we have a maid? I don't know if she was trying to be funny with that statement but in my opinion again this just goes to show that there is not good leadership in this particular team if she felt it was okay to do what she was doing and your operational efficiency needs a closer look I don't appreciate this experience. read more

It's unfortunate as I really like the food but I refuse to give my business to a place that clearly doesn't want it. In general, the staff is rude and act as if they can't be bothered. Not unique to Cava, but the personal conversations in front of the customer while ignoring the customer is unacceptable. A lot of staff behind the counter and in the back but the dining room is filthy, soda machine doesn't work and half of the other beverages (teas, lemonade, etc.) are empty. Aside from the broken soda machine, this is the norm. Indoor dining room cold, loud and filthy. What is that film that coats every surface in the dining room? Outdoor dining is disgusting. What is that hanging on the underside of the outdoor mesh tables (yes, all of them). Are staff just smashing the spilled food through the table thinking their job is done? Gross. BTW, is the "Free Side Pita" a thing? I can't remember ever getting one after the opening week, certainly not the last several times I've been there. I'm not picky and will always give a business multiple opportunities before I leave a negative review. With this Cava location, I've overlooked these issues far too long as I really enjoy the food. I can't overlook these issues anymore. There are too many options to settle for this. I hope you can make some changes and save your investment. read more

Healthy, good service, and always very yummy. I recommend the harissa honey chicken and all the great sauces.

Matt W was very helpful and polite. we were the last customers in before the store closed and he helped us out !

The manager "Stanley " is an absolute jerk! I waited in line for a long time to get my food. And even before I checked out and paid for my meals, I asked if they can give me another scoop of chicken on the side and a pita bread, that he was standing right in front of! And he tells me I need to get back in the long line again just for that!! I asked for the manager and he rudely said he was the manager like if he didn't give a hoot about me the customer!! This was a simple request. And now i had to wait in line for another 20 mins for an order of chicken. My time is just as important as anyone else's. Having to waste my time in line again for a simple request. read more

I really wanted to love this place. I love Mediterranean food! The food itself was okay until I found a long white hair in it. The service was terrible- I was talking to the employee and she would keep her head turned away from me and ignore me. I know I wasn't too quiet because the young lady next to her did answer my questions. The guy that was filling the bowl was putting all the ingredients in w/ a whole bunch of liquid/juice so I ended up with a very soupy bowl. The price is ridiculous especially considering the service provided (or lack thereof) paying close to $40 for two people for soggy bowls and a hair is crazy. I understand inflation is a very real thing but that was not at all a place I would ever recommend to a friend. read more

when this place opened it was incredible! the online service was fast and effective the food was always created with a high degree of accuracy! Since about mid November there has been a substantial drop off in quality and effectivity. it's almost pointless to order online as the standby queue will receive priority. majority of staff is rude and has a palpable disdain for their jobs. managements only recourse is to make your order ahead of others which only delays other customers. The cleanliness of the store is also calamitous when the store opened at 11am the table I sat at was still sticky i could see rice and other veggies that assuredly where from the night before. I placed my order at 10:30am aware the store would not open til 11 and waited until 11:45am to receive my bowl while a minimum of at least 30 customers where able to leave prior to me receiving my bowl. CAVA's regional manager should be altered to the abysmal state of this location and it's practices. read more

CAVA - Customer complained and had her order made before everyone else who had ordered prior. - Mediterranean Near Me - Rancho Cucamonga, California

cava is so good the staff is always nice and ready to answer my questions. place is very clean.

Mediocre at best. Chicken wrap was so-so. Side of "eggplant@ was bland and watery; I was hoping for something like a baba ganoush. (Also, the portion size was tiny.) Pita chips were soft and too large. Also, why can't I order falafel on its own?! I will not order from here again. Just another chain restaurant with no substance. read more
