I went to cava salad for the first time and since I started ordering the salad I stumbled upon some very rude attendants. I asked them not to put rice on the salad and the one who took my order threw the plate with rice at the other person who helps her in the face and the attendant left with a dirty face. Ordered for delivery with an ETA of 4:30. When the food arrived we were missing 2 bowls and all of our pita. Called numerous times but no one answered the phone. Finally went to the location to solve the problem and found our food sitting on the counter. We had submitted an online form but it didn't get answered until about 4-5 hours later. Ridiculous, not only are some of the servers rude. I wish they would listen to the order correctly. I ordered build your own, with arugula salad yellow rice, mix meat of chicken and steak. Also asked for all the dressing to be on the SIDE. Not only did the woman mess up the first order, threw it out and remade this one the incorrect way AGAIN!! How many times can you mess up ? Cava has a great selection of fresh ingredients to put together a "healthy" Mediterranean bowl. I have gotten a rice bowl a few times and have thoroughly enjoyed the flavors each time.the lamb is very good and is my favorite of the protein choices. I asked the manager why they continued serving persons walking through the door but not making my order. to which they responded: we serve first come first serve. to which I responded but I placed my order at 7:45 25 minutes before these people walked in the door. Rice was hard we were scared to bite down for fear of chipping a tooth, sweet potatoes completely burnt like eating rocks. Barely found one falafel in a half and half bowl. I picked this spot for lunch because I wanted something healthy. I ordered my meal online, the make your own bowl with falafel. When I arrived I parked in the plaza parking lot. I walked into a packed house. My food was sitting in the ready area. I had to grabbed forks before I left because there were none in the bag. When I left and ate the food, it was just ok. I have a gluten allergy. Not knowing if I can eat here i asked. The manager and the initial employee on the line took great care of me. The manager reading the allergy menu guided me through. The two of them provided me with a marvelous, welcoming and safe experience. Every one of the employees were busy, efficient and kind. As long is it's safe I dont care what it tastes like and my excitement at lots of safe flavor options could have turned out badly by my own choices but everything is delicious and fresh. It's a no from me. CAVA's food is so good, but I honestly can't recommend this location at all- am so bummed. I think they're too busy for their own good. I placed one order for my daughter which she got - and she was eating in- so I decided to place a second order for me- and asked her to grab it on her way out. She waited over AN HOUR and the orders were never fulfilled! I was charged for my order, and even though my daughter showed them screenshots of the order confirmation and the charges that went through, they made her wait while they took care of other people on line and other mobile orders. Reallllly bad customer service. All they saw was a kid who wasn't going to make a huge scene and they just let her wait and wait. Over an hour late and I finally let her leave and I'm having to dispute the charge now. When I called, they essentially just said "sorry we are really busy". read more
