My friend and I online ordered there and both meals contained falafel. we pull up at 8:05 PM unaware that they were closing early at eight so the workers just stared at us through the window but we already paid for our food and was hoping they could just hand us our orders through the door but no. so as we're standing outside of the store, we called asking about our order. This is when the guy proceeds to let us know they're out of falafel and we're waiting for us to come in to let us know. I was understanding up until the point that he said that they were waiting for us to come in. what's the point of online ordering if you're gonna wait until they're there to start making it, when they had the option to call us and let us know prior. the employee on the phone was rude and just told us to deal with the app for a refund. read more

Tried this location a few times. Food is serviceable; I do appreciate easy access to a lentil bowl. However, the service is incredibly lacking. It is likely the staff will totally ignore you, or otherwise be noticeably rude and impatient. Really a shame because the location of the store is excellent. Hopefully the operators will invest in better training / turnover. After finishing this review, I drove past the nearby Chipotle and there is quite literally a line trailing out the door. Whoever is running this Cava, there is a lot of money on the table here being lost! I would like to spend my hard earned cash on these lentil bowls, but I'll not be visiting for the next few months given my experiences so far. read more

Service here is so trash. Since the day they've opened this location I've always dealt with workers who seem like they don't want to be there. Like today , it was busier than usual but thats no excuse to treat costumers like we're annoying you. Not only that, the pita is always hard. The manager also seemed pissed. I would honestly give this place one star, however the food itself is actually very good when everything is in stock--and that's the only reason I'm giving it three stars. No matter which location I visit or what time of day I go, there always seem to be multiple items out of stock. Corn is almost always unavailable, and often the cheese, cucumbers, and tomatoes are missing as well. It's frustrating not being able to order the same thing consistently. On top of that, the staff at every location I've been to comes across as lazy, confused, and uninviting. For a chain with so many locations, I don't understand how inventory and basic customer service are managed so poorly. If they could keep items stocked and improve staff engagement, this place would be great--because when everything is available, the food is genuinely very good. read more

well I wasn't aware that this was cafeteria style dining. you wait in a longgggggg line to inch your way to order your "bowl." The ppl behind the counter are frantically bustling and running and shouting and it's not a relaxing atmosphere. Again to be fair I wasn't aware it was like this my fault too. This location is so truss. 21 minutes from the moment i walked in to the moment i got to the register. KEEEP IN MIND they had 4 workers and there was only 5 people in front of me. The girl working the front was working like she was paid to do a sloth cosplay. I like cava but the food tasted watered down (i didn't even know you could do that to a solid). Honestly a little bummed. I go to CAVA every now and then, so was looking forward to this one opening up. Just got my bowl. I was scooped a regular hummus and not the red hummus. I didn't fuss about it bc maybe the person didn't hear me. I asked for the hot chicken which would have been a $1.75 up-charge but instead was charged for the grilled steak which is a $3.50 up-charge on the receipt. The line was too long to go back and ask for the price adjustment. So look at the receipt while you're there. read more

Was super excited for this location to open up after family and friends hyped up other Cava locations for me, but was terribly disappointed by shockingly poor service during my first visit. Placed an online order and came in at 7 p.m. (my scheduled pick-up time) and didn't see my bag on the pick-up shelf. Five minutes later, I noticed a bag with my name on it that had been sitting in the kitchen area since before I arrived. This bag was sitting alongside others that appeared complete, so I asked an employee if those bags were ready to go. The employee quickly dismissed me and said that they'd be in the pick-up area if they were ready. Another 10 minutes later, a different employee picked up the bags that had been on the counter since I got there - without adding anything - and started calling names. By this point another 5 people had trailed in behind me and seemed to be experiencing essentially the same thing as me. By the time I got the food home, it was stone cold. I want to give this place another chance since the food does seem like it has potential if actually eaten fresh, but misinforming the people asking about their food while their orders die on the counter in front of them is pretty inexcusable in my book. Both employees I interacted with seemed completely burned out and impatient, to boot. I know this place opened up fairly recently so I'm hoping they can figure out whatever their management/workflow issues are, but it's pretty tough to get over my first experience with this place having to be a reheat job out of the microwave entirely due to poor management and/or negligence. read more

I was there last week (10/28/2025) with my daughter about 2 1/2 hours before closing they were out of almost all the sauces which we found out towards the end of the line. My daughter was upset and not excited about eating her bowl dry. The cashier (Melissa) was so nice and could tell so she said to hold on and she went in the back and made some bottles of their sauces. I think the people behind us in line were equally relieved. At other locations they typically would not do that but Melissa didn't hesitate. I hope management gives her recognition for this and uses this experience as a training tool to the their staff. This is how you provide customer service. We've been to this new location several times and we like the energy of the employees and will be coming back again. read more

Ordered take out for pick up at 12:45 pm today. Arrived at 1245 pm and waited, waited, and waited. At 1 pm, asked the cashier to cancel order/refund. Cashier had to find manager (Brandon) who told me I needed to cancel on the app. Food still not ready at 1:05 pm when I finished speaking to manager. Left without any food. Will contact corporate for a refund, and hopefully that goes through. Our family is still fans of CAVA - just will not be going to this location. read more

I came in during a busy rush, and Luis (who I'm assuming is the manager) stood by and didn't step in to help the team even though they were clearly working hard during a busy rush. Instead of supporting the staff, he chose to reprimand employees in front of customers, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional to witness. The workers were doing their best, but the lack of leadership made the whole situation chaotic. Obviously management needs improvement in teamwork and professionalism. Quick downward spiral! Have been waiting for this location to open because it's close to home! Went last night for the first time and placed a take out order for 8:30. I got there at 8:35 and was waiting for my order on the shelf. At 8:50 an employee tells me that they are out of chicken schwarma for one of the bowls. I asked him to replace it with grilled chicken. It happened to be the last bit at the bottom of the warmer dry and burnt. Then he goes to add the toppings and says, Sorry we're also out of avocado and dill sauce. I said do I get my $$ back because the avocado is an additional charge? He refers me to the manager and just leaves the bowl sitting on the counter without a lid. The manager says, isn't there a way to cancel the order on your phone? I said no, I ordered directly from Cava and payment is already completed. I said can't you just give me a gift card ? He tries to figure out how to do it for another 10 mins, then hands me a gift card! When I got home I checked the card on their site and it says "invalid number"! It just opened a week ago and it seemed like these poor new employees were just thrown into the fire! Where was the GM or upper management to make sure this location gets off on the right foot, they know how much food to prepare and how to problem solve. These new employees were doing their best, but this was a complete failure on the company's part..I won't return. read more
