Mostly, the food was cold. This is a Chipotle in disguise. The people serving the food were nice. The place looked clean. The food was OK. Looks like many people like this place because the place was busy. And they had a few orders ready for pickup. This was not exactly what I was looking for when I asked for mediterranean. In a punch, I might pick this place if there wasn't anything else available. read more

I finally decided to try this place after seeing so many people talk about it on social media! I am lowkey a picky eater who doesn't like many toppings.. But I really enjoyed the refreshing taste of the bowl that I had. At first, I thought it was slightly expensive. Then I realized that it was similar in price to Chipotle! Drinks (lemonade) were also very good and fresh. The staff was welcoming and helpful.. I definitely wish we had a few locations in South Florida. read more

Cava has become my new favorite spot since 2/15/2024. Recommended by my son since I have had dietary restriction for Lenton season. It is always fresh and delicious. The employees are very friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. They stay packed at lunch time so get there early or place your order ahead of time, which is what I do. I have not tried any of the chicken or lamb, but the veggies are yummy!!! I have lunch at Cava at least 2 times a week (if I forget my lunch on purpose). I recommend!!! read more

The smoke alarm was going off when we walked in. One of the employees managed to get it to stop after about five minutes, but it started up again by the time our food was ready. It was so loud and so annoying we chose to eat outside on the patio, even though it wasn't sunny and was a bit breezy and chilly. The alarm blared throughout our meal. Food was good, albeit a seemingly small portion for $11. Ordered the "crispy falafel" bowl, with the "skhug" on the side, since I wasn't sure how spicy it would be. A bit of a kick, but actually not too much for the wimp that I am. The garlic dressing that comes with it is GARLIC. Not a bad thing, but it does stay with you. They do not carry typical soft drinks (Coke, Pepsi, etc.), but have Mexican cola and a variety of other fruity drinks. The water from the fountain is "soda" water (seltzer?), and I didn't like it. There's a good variety to choose from if you decide to build your own pita or bowl. The food itself was fresh, but not well seasoned. The employees were friendly, but a bit slow with the service. They use "cheat sheets" that list all the ingredients that is on/with each item. I'm sure the service time will improve once the menu has been memorized by them. read more

The food and ingredients are good but only if you go on the right day, it's so inconsistent. Everything from start to finish may be good some days and a lot of days there's always 1 or 2 ingredients that weren't prepared right. Spice level of chicken changes everytime I go. Only gave it a four because of how unkept the dining area was. No tables were cleaned off in between guests. The dirty silverware was piled up and I took the last two clean forks for our meal. I recently placed a delivery order through Cava's website, and while the order arrived late, the main issue was that one entire order was missing, and the order I did receive was only partially correct. Unable to find a contact number, I decided to drive to the store on Haywood Road in Greenville, SC, to resolve the issue, as my friend's food was missing. Upon arrival, I spoke with Manager Brian, and I cannot praise him enough. Not only did he promptly correct my order, but he also took the time to explain what had gone wrong. Brian's exceptional customer service and positive attitude truly stood out. I really enjoy this spot and visit frequently because the food is consistently great. However, I've…read morenoticed some recent changes that prompts pause Over the past 3-4 Sundays, the restaurant has run out of eating utensils, which is quite frustrating. While there are tables available, many still have dishes left by previous patrons, Additionally, the wait for food can easily exceed 30 minutes, and entrees often arrive one at a time. This means some members of your party will need to courteously wait until all can start eating together. These issues are relatively easy to fix. Investing in more utensils would be a simple solution; for around $150, the restaurant could purchase enough for several settings. It would also help to hire someone dedicated to clearing tables, allowing the cashier to focus on going their job and assisting with food prep and delivery. I hope the management takes these suggestions into consideration so that this great spot can get back to its usual high standards!
